Hi Troy. Could you have kept the pedals down before the 4 chord and played the 5 of the 4 chord in that position on the 3rd fret with the pedals still down?
Troy, I would like to purchase a steel guitar. I play the banjo, guitar and bass guitar already so I wouldn't consider my self a complete beginner. could you tell me what brand of steel guitar are u playing on this video? I'm wanting to know what brand and type is the best to purchase. I don't want to buy something and then have to upgrade later. Thank u. And once I purchase a steel guitar I would like to take your online lesson course.
Look up Sam Ash. They sell GFI. There are two at the 1300-1500 range and 2 in the 4K range. Its about the cheapest you can get (new) thats decent. Also look on Reverb.com
I play a home built, one E9th neck, like Lloyd Green. All you need is 3 pedals, 10 strings, E9th chromatic tuning. Good luck, and practice practice practice.
Awesome job Troy, and your camera views are by far "THE BEST" on the web! Thanks for sharing your talents, Rex

Do you use a floor guitar pedal
I use a Kemper and a Sarno Steel Guitar Black Box with a Goodrich volume pedal
