    Drag queens are so freaking interesting! Whether you like them or not, they can be so inspirational. They do what they want while looking flawless.

    • @waifucloud1833
      @waifucloud1833 10 років тому +4

      And although they are interesting and can be good with makeup, with all the exaggeration they do, I wouldn't suggest using it as a template for your own makeup ladies. Drag queens are cool and all but I highly doubt any of you biological women would want to be mistaken for a drag queen. (No offense to all you men out there who do drag!)

    • @waifucloud1833
      @waifucloud1833 10 років тому +1

      Glooria Glitter Well I guess there are exceptions! Haha no offense if I sounded rude. I Just meant for the women and girls who are looking for things like contouring and stuff like that and that it's not something to do for an every day makeup look because drag is all about exaggeration. Unless someone wants to do it everyday then that's their choice to!

    • @HugsAndChainsAws
      @HugsAndChainsAws 10 років тому +1

      Glooria Glitter I'm just getting into Faux queens, I just found out they were a thing and I'm excited to get in to it.

    • @HugsAndChainsAws

      Karsyn Cloud I just dont understand whats so bad about being mistaken for a drag queen, I mean it's nothing to be ashamed of. If a girl thinks it beautiful and thats the way she wants to do her make up there should be nothing said about it.

    • @waifucloud1833
      @waifucloud1833 10 років тому +1

      Many girls don't want to be mistaken for a guy dressing like a girl. There's nothing bad with doing drag or the makeup nor did I ever say it wasn't beautiful, but a lot of girls would find offense to be mistaken for a guy wearing makeup, obviously there are exceptions as example shown above. But still. Majority of girls wouldn't want to be mistaken for a guy in makeup as part of their every day life.

    I love how beauty guru's are taking more and more drag tricks [ombre brows, the intense contour, 3D lips, cooking etc] calling them their own and acting like they are brand new trends.
    The whole world will be in drag soon, lol.
    Regardless, you are beautiful in and out of drag. Bone structure to die for.

      +Caitlin Shreiber (CyborgCaitlin) I think what she meant was that beauty gurus (straight girls mostly) use drag queens' make up tricks, wich is not a problem, but the problem is that they give credit to themselves for that, and that's a problem :\

    Spent almost 20 mins watching Miss Fame transform.. I have no regrets! Miss Fame is really a pro for the amount of time he has been doing drag! He's really started to grow on me, definitely one of the most talented queens and also my favourite queen!

    I could sit and watch drag queen makeup tutorials all day. it is such a wonder to see the transformation...I can't believe my eyes. I try to 'contour' my 'cheekbones" and I look like a 2 year old was set loose on my face with a brown crayon...I want to be a drag queen...Miss Fame you are perfection at its finest.

    The artistry and skill in this tutorial is without a doubt astounding! I'm awed watching this, just as when watching a skilled painter, sculptor, or craftsman, at the amount of time and passion that has gone into developing and perfecting the demonstrated techniques. Miss. Fame is joining my short-list of admirable artists; having taught myself to draw, design websites, and renovate houses I have a deep respect for self-made artists... especially those who've perused their passion in spite of negativity.
    I thank you Miss.Fame for being kind and generously sharing your skills with us the, often ungrateful, Internet masses. I applaud you and hope you will be encouraged by the fact that you've inspired and encouraged me with your bravery, tenacity, and ingenuity.
    ROCK ON!!

    Couldn't help but notice all the comments that were along the lines of "be a man! Stop wearing makeup!". Is your masculinity so fragile that some makeup will shatter it instantly? What are you doing watching this video then? Surely there must be some sort of interest in makeup that you must have. Or will that also shatter your masculinity? Does your masculinity mean that doing things outside your traditional gender norms (that have no logical reasoning) mean some sort of weakness? If so, please tell me about strength in conformity and forcing others to conform.
    Anyways, Miss Fame, you look gorgeous honey.

    WOW! I really enjoyed watching this, I'm quite fascinated by drag. There's a lot of tips that a regular girl can use here, just on a much smaller scale (hehe). Speaking of, I've always wanted to use a setting spray but I'm just too scared it'll make my eye makeup run. You look amazing with and without drag makeup.

    This is the first video I watched of Fame a few years ago, her makeup looks a bit different now but she just manages to look beautiful in everything she does. Also, every hair color and style looks good on her. Fame, you really are a supermodel, the Linda Evangelista of drag!! I love you and you inspire so much. x

    I always find it strange when people do eyes before foundation, it seems counter intuitive. Could some explain to me the difference with doing eyes before foundation and vice versa?

    • @sabothbrainiac5844
      @sabothbrainiac5844 10 років тому +9

      The problem with doing eyes after foundation is that when you use a lot of eyeshadows and blend them there WILL be fallout. When you try to remove it from your foundation it can become grey and dirty looking. At this point you basically have to remove everything and start all over again. So it is to asure that everything is nice and clean.
      However the fallout can be removed safely if you loosly apply alot of powder on your cheeks. This way the fallout has no time to settle and you can dust it right of with a fluffy brush :)

      @KidsWithGuns1992 10 років тому

      Saboth Brainiac But don't people hold tissues under their eyes for that same reason? To prevent fallout? I mean I wouldn't know, I don't really wear much make up and I'm not any good at it - but can't you just put something underneath your eyes to protection other areas of face?
      Maybe it isn't so easy to do by yourself - if you have a make up artist it's easier I suppose?

    • @sabothbrainiac5844
      @sabothbrainiac5844 10 років тому +7

      Its easier when you do somebodys face but so much can go wrong with a tissue. You could remove foundation under it, you could mess up your contour, the tissue could fall of or you loose it for a second and you get some shadow on your cheeks anyway ( if it is high pigment a tiny bit is enough to ruin everything XD), ... there is so much that can go wrong with that. Powder is just safer and you have it on your face anyway :)

      Saboth Brainiac Wonderful, so nice to have someone explain to be properly. Thank you! Maybe something for me to consider in the future. :)

      I do my eyes first as i found i would do my contour and cheek then some dust from the eye shadow falls and espically if its black ruins the whole thing! So i do my eyes first and then do the rest to avoid all that

    I don't understand how drag queens can stand such heavy foundation on the skin. The most I can handle are eyes and brows. X)
    But respect cause y'all queens are some tough, fierce bitches.

    I swear, people under estimate how much you can learn from showing chickens. Chickens are adorable, I had four and each had its own personality especially Berta, she was a boss bitch and she taught me a lot. I love you Miss Fame! Actual, real artists are rare and you are a gem!

    I have to say, I wonder why you overdraw your top lip so much. You've got such a gorgeous natural shape to your lips; you don't really need to exaggerate it.
