I had much better one as a kid. You'd get a rock block, that was easily broken. Then you'd get have a plastic hammer, saw and brush. And you had to uncover the bones and then at the end, you have to clip those bones together and figure out where they go. And then at the end you had a nice little dinosaur skeleton. And you had a real sense of accomplishment because you removed the bones from the rock, (by the way the fossils were literally in the rock) and then you had to piece together the dinosaur you had. They even kept it a surprise so that you didn't know what dinosaur you found. I absolutely loved it as a kid.

I was going to go down the same route when I first started the idea of the "fossil experience" but for a single artist to develop the concept was too time consuming and too expensive to finance, also I wanted to create something different and something that can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike and would be practical.
Later down the line I might do something similar to the digging fossil experience, but in the mean time, for someone starting from the ground up its a start :-)
