Hi Andy. I think Keeley was right when he said this is the best pedal they ever made. Gorgeous playing and how great it is to have flanger as the mod instead of chorus. I'm saving up for this one!
I've been researching delay pedals for days, seemingly watched videos on all of them from walrus, TC, ehx you name it. This was my first of the Keeley eccos, I hear Rush and that's it. It's a sign. I'm a HUGE Rush fan. SOLD!
I’ve had this pedal for over a year now and as a huge delay fan in general, it’s absolutely phenomenal. I haven’t bought a delay since because its so flexible and musical
EDIT june 2020: after some of my complains about what I wrote down below, Mr. Keeley himself took the chance and modified my pedal as I wished! Now the ECCOS that are selling now sports the same tweaks, and other good stuff. So no more delay always on while in looper mode, now you got delay and looper functioning indipendently! Kudos to the great Robert that listen to his customers! --- original post down here --- BEWARE for who is interested to this pedal, because no one, not a single video on youtube, is mentioning this big flaw. But after looking all this videos, now the pedal is in my hands... That is, when you go in looper mode, the deelay is AUTOMATICALLY ENGAGED! I mean, you start in delay mode, with delay disengaged, you jump in looper mode, and the delay gets engaged by itself!!! I mean, what the heck is this useful for?!?!? The normal behavior, what I'd expected, is that if the delay is on, going on looper keeps it on, if the delay is off going on looper keeps it off, right?!?! When I've found that this was not the case I thought my pedal was defective. The manual doesn't clearly tell that, it only writes that "if you want no delay sound in looper mode you have to set to zero the blend knob". Well, big deal!! This means that in looper mode I couldnt't use the delay! And also that when in deelay mode the wysiwyg setting would be useless (because with blend set to zero you get no delay sound). With this behavior the looper is at 10% useful, for me. I'm really upset!
! OMG, this was my #1 issue when I got this pedal damn near a year ago. Super happy I stumbled on your comment cause I'm totally taking care of the ability to return the pedal for enhancements!
Great demo.. And thanks for demonstrating the fact that you can switch on the fly between looper and delay and have either clean or effected loops AND playing, over the loops them selves. Kind of like a Dl6 on steroids!
You kind of are limited to flange, delay, rotary, vibrato types of sounds. But, I didn't want a spread sheet on this design. I find that many of those sounds are simply not usable on a regular basis, so to keep it simple....one primary delay, with a killer tone.
I usually make them from scratch or in this case it’s an old MIDI song converted to trigger real drum and bass samples. I get a lot of mileage out of those 20yr old MIDI songs 👍🏻
this pedal looks amazing but can anyone explain what the footswitch input does? the manual says it makes a footswitch become the bypass and the bypass goes into effect mode. no idea what effect mode means
A remote set of switches can be connected to the Eccos through the side TRS jack. It allows you to control the Bypass and Tap from a distance. You can put the Eccos in a rack (or on the back row of your pedal board) and operate the delay remotely with your own switches or something like the GigRig G-2, etc,
kevin malone It slows things down, stretches the loops out further but stays in tune. You can also record guitar and drop it down to sound like a bass. Just a fun option!
@@jat5am neither. I have a Prelude from Quiet Theory that is my main delay atm. It's a reverb & delay. But, I am still looking for a sole delay pedal. Lol
so many much more interesting fancy delays coming out recently . i am not in the keely kool aid klub , so yeah ... great job andy , he could have done the same thing with a 9 dollar danecho .
$9 Danecho has tap tempo, reverse, looper, presets, expression control, and a wide variety of tone and modulation options? Cool, ima rush out and buy one.
Rest in Peace Neil.... Andy killing it as usual.
Stellar intro with the Rush, good stuff, Andy. RIP Neil.
Who is Neil?
@@benink5690 you need to get out more.
Subdivisions... Andy always nails it
This pedal in its tone and controls are so creative. Really impressed with Keeley on this one.
Me too. Robert Keeley went Next Level. Very Unique in it's sounds & capabilities. Great for ambient sound scapes. I may grab one?
You had me at Subdivisions. Well done!!!!
❤️❤️❤️ Keeley and Rush #RIPNeil
Been waiting on this pedal for over a year and luckily snagged myself a day one edition early this fine morning.
Killer pedal, remembering young Andy and his drummer friend Greg Campbell playing this during their high school years. awesome tribute 👏👏
That must've been kick-ass to hear!
This pedal will be one of the 2020 top ten pedals no doubt

I LOVE these systematic demos!
Andy is my favorite all time UA-cam guitarist. THERE IS NO ONE BETTER!
Wonderful Flashback to Subdivisions!
Beautiful days.
Cheers Andy. I bought one. Me likey... a lot!!!
Oh man Andy, so cool!!!! Love the intro, thank you for that!
This is one your best demos 1 because if pedal 2 .because you worked it all out
I don’t think I’ve ever seen you smile as much as you did in this video.
Ahh, finally an incredible review of the pedal I want soooo bad !
Andy, your reviews are always a class act...….thank you !!!!!!!
Awesome work. Terrible about Neil, God bless him. Andy always on top of it, sounds great.
What a great surprise! That was one of my late Brother's very favorite songs, perhaps his favorite song... Thanks even just for that, Andy.

once again... i dont need another delay pedal..but i do need this one
Andy... This was so beautiful, appreciated
That part around 10:00 is just magic. Very well done!
Yes like à nin
brought here by Andy,Lee, Graham,& Pete @ NAMM...sweet!
Great intro. Respect to the man.
So this is the pedal for when I'm too lazy to set up my flanger, delay, and looper? Sweet!
This was amazing. Andy - can you do a whole Rush set???? That would be awesome
Andy, your a god!! Nice pedal.
Just when I thought I was finally almost done buying pedals...
Et tu, Jasper?
Exactly! Ugh! That’s okay. I prefer gear to money anyways.
Great clip! Tnks so much Andy! Lov this pedal. ur so inspiring to watch n hear ✌🏼💚
God Bless Neil!
Nice, I have been hoping for more delays with alternative modulation effects. It's one of my favorite things to do within a DAW.

I just got mine today and I have to say you guys did an awesome work with this unit. I absolutely love it.
I hope everything is well Mr. Keeley!
Great tribute to Neil ❤️
Keep practicing Andy and you'll make it one day. 😁😁😁 Sounds amazing!
Right on, RUSH and THE POLICE in one demo!
Best intro andy... nailed it.
Oh my god that intro jam
Yes... Dig it!
Subscribed you can thank Lee Anderton for that, Great demo Andy I love Keeley gear all the best from the England UK
Doug J Thanks for subbing, it was a treat meeting Lee and Pete. Cheers!
Ordered one earlier this evening. Psyched!
Driven to Tears! Love it
I always wonder who makes these fabulous backing tracks?
I usually make them from scratch or in this case it’s an old MIDI song converted to trigger real drum and bass samples. I get a lot of mileage out of those 20yr old MIDI songs 👍🏻
Yes! Using midi tracks in that way is awesome!! I've been doing that since the early to mid 2000's.
Damn, this SOB's (in a good way) vids makes me want to buy every pedal he advertises.
Which is expensive because it seems like he does every single pedal lmao
@@NicholasGnames If he plugged into a yam potato I would probably buy it. 😏
I've watched this like 20 times
All hail Andy! Dude you're amazing. Sold!
Nice playing Andy!
Inspiring 🎉
Outstanding intro mate!
Just fab
The police! This is why you are my fav Andy!
I hear Rush, I click 'like'
Love this!!
Andy; Electric Lady Land is my favorite Hendrix as well.
Some of your playing reminded me of Michael Rother which is no bad thing.
I need that guitar. Superb
My fav Rush song
Grace Under Pressure is a masterpiece. great job with the tone, spot on.
That was subdivisions from the signals album. But anything Rush is great🎸✌
@@williampatterson5067 so it was
dang, that's sweet
Andy! Please, do a demo of Supro Keeley amp with some kind of pedals!
Rush subdivisions!!!

Okay, tell them the settings for the RUSH SONG ... subdivisions
WOW! Time to sell some pedals
whats the green tele behind him? That guitar looks awesome
Man, I can't decide between this or the Walrus D1 😭😭😭😭
what have you chosen?
@@jat5am neither. I have a Prelude from Quiet Theory that is my main delay atm. It's a reverb & delay. But, I am still looking for a sole delay pedal. Lol
Alex Lifeson - Alex Lifeson - Alex Lifeson !!!
I have this and really like it but I always feel like I underuse it.
looks like going to looper mode always activates the delay!! Even if it was disengaged! Is that correct??
“Tap tempo with- *SUBDIVISIONS*”
What is that right handed wizardry at the 0:45 second mark?
I love the data action figure in the background
Can you use the looper without the delay effect?
Having a chorus/flanger on a delay is always weird for me. It’s delaying the delayed signal to get modulated delay. Delayception.
Can you use the reverb reverse and half speed without looping?
😮I no longer feel detached and subdivided. 🙏
Looper song is Work This Time by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard CHANGE MY MIND
No but very similar chord progression. Cool tune!
Keeley ECCOS vs the Boss DD-200 .....?
Can anyone tell me what's the name of this Rush song?
Subdivisions
any chance of undo/redo function in loop mode?
0:45 WTFFF?!
Andy : what is pick?
If this pedal had midi, I would buy it immediately
Subdivisions 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Hey Andy...amp is Fender dlr as usual?
STAN LONGER No, it’s a Soursound SS15 I’m trying out for a few vids. 15W, El-84s and a Celestion Blue 12”.
Not gonna lie. I'm just here to listen to Andy play Rush.

If you want me to buy a pedal. Any pedal. Just use it in a Rush song. I'll have no choice to buy it.
Sounds incredibly digital. Sound like a TC toneprint. Not robert’s best work..
