I just discovered this band by complete accident on Spotify. How are they not known as one of the founders of metal with Sabbath and Zeppelin? So underrated.
Saw them first row, Massey Hall, Toronto, 1978 - Obsession tour. They played this, 'Rock Bottom, 'Lights out' 'Only you can rock me', 'Cherry Cherry' among other fantastic songs. Grateful Grateful Grateful to Barry D. I have no other words to say.
Damn that comment really touched me since my dad showed this song to me and I think of him everytime I listen to it. Rest in peace, you'll meet him again dont worry!
@The Central Scrutinizer Sure. My point is that UFO didn't achieve the commercial or financial success of many bands whom I think they are just as talented as.
I agree with that brother. These guy were pure badasses and don’t get the respect they deserve. This is a killer album. Force It has always been my favorite. One of the best hard rock bands of the 70’s

Long ago a bright young music teacher who was making her a weekly visit to our grade school class asked us, "How do you know if it's good music?" Before anyone could even begin to think of a serious response she quickly answered her own question, "The longer you can enjoy listening to a piece of music or song without getting tired of of the experience, the better it is." Doctor Doctor and other UFO songs definitely fit that definition of good music.
