I for one think this is DGG’s best entry-I’m serious-the new chapter in the story, the flashbacks, the subtle references to the other movies in the series…I was actually on the edge of my tail bed inside the DRIVE IN tonight! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I’m glad you liked it! It’s not a bad movie, it just doesn’t fit the ending of a “Michael vs Laurie Saga” to me… i feel like the last movie should of focused on the original main 2 characters, Michael and Laurie. I bet the Drive-in was fun!

your description of Michael not knowing who anyone is in Laurie's house that he is brought to is like that scene in SpongeBob where Patrick comes home from shopping and he sees randos in his house and he screams " who are you people!" also there's a good chance at this stage in the game and his age Michael could have Alzheimer's and not even remember who the hell anyone is.
😂 I remember that scene! And you’re correct, there is definitely a good chance he has Alzheimer’s and is getting too old, considering how he was pushed around by a 20-year-old kid.- lol
Loved this movie felt the christine vibe and season of the witch type feel loved the direction it went great movie cant wait for the movie release to add to my collection

Glad I wasn't the only one. Always preferred the notion of Laurie being Judith. It then made sense why Michael was drawn to her. Hated them doing away with that. All things aside, it wasn't perfect, but I dug it.
Exactly, deleting the whole sister thing kinda ruined the Michael being drawn to Laurie. The movie would of been fine as it’s own thing… it just didn’t fit a trilogy ending for their “saga” - lol
This movie should have been a relentless chase and cat & mouse game between Michael and Laurie. At least for the last half of the movie. This movie swapped the personalities and threats from what they already established. Could have had her actually use traps unlike Halloween 2018 when all the traps in the house didn't even get used by her other than the kitchen counter basement.
100%… you shouldn’t close out a trilogy/“Michael vs Laurie Saga Ends” with a new main character. Would of loved to see an hour long cat & mouse chase scene/fight to the finish.
Any of y’all catch that nod to Tarantino with the food exploding in the microwave-not sure if that’s what DGG was goin’ for but…pop tarts, microwave dinners what’s the difference??? 😉💥
I’m most definitely gonna pay to go this again in the theater (I may even buy a copy of it too) but I’m actually kind of saddened-this cannot be the END Micheal Myers cannot be DEAD! 😔💀
@@BrettLeeClark Nah-I don’t know I mean they should do something (like a feature length documentary) or somethin’ to celebrate the film franchise as a whole but for all intensive purposes I guess the series and the franchise should be put to bed with each one of its movies to be enjoyed for years to come every Halloween!

I didn’t even notice that, I turned it off almost immediately at the end… that is a good touch to the ending. Maybe that would of helped my experience- lol

Blue Oyster Cult’s ‘Don’t Fear The Reaper’ in the end credits there was a nice touch too…AWESOME f-kin’ tune, especially on Halloween! 👌🏻🔵🦪
