I ran a bankruptcy law firm for 20 years and when it gets to this point, the court will convert his case to chapter 7 and the trustee will liquidate his non-exempt assets, The trustee, his attorneys and accountants may take about half of it, but they will still get more than they would get by chasing him. The worst part about running to the protection of the bankruptcy court is that they can take his assets wherever they are located.

I posed the Biden Trump vote question to a very good friend (40 year friendship)
My friend and I grew up in the battleground/swing state - he still lives in PA
His answer was, "I don't know man, Biden is in pretty bad shape."
The following was my response:
"No way. Reagan completed two full terms and was almost completely gone with Alzheimer's. I'm a registered Democrat yet attended Reagan's funeral to pay my respects.
Biden has the mind of a 19 year old compared to Ronald's by the time he left oval office.
Trump was my secondary employer when I lived and worked in New York City. He's a scam. He can't manage his own affairs, he can't manage our country's affairs.
Trump can't own a gun or a liquor license, he's restricted to travel to countries which presidents need to go to in order to run the world.
He's a felon 34 times over and a convicted rapist.
His first deal as president was to enrich himself with a 50 million deal between himself and his family (with the Saudis)
His family has been busted pilfering money from charities that were supposed to be for children
He settled out of court with teachers, retired military personnel, retired seniors after he cheated them out of their life saving, 401 k , pensions because he opened a fraudulent University
He aligns himself with leaders who have been destroying this country from within for decades and decades
His father bought him out of the draft four times
Nearly TWENTY elected officials and others associated with his former administration are in jail or have been in jail or are going back to jail while he himself awaits sentencing on 34 felony counts this September
I'm not even touching on January 6th, Project 25 or the fact that he wipes his ass with are nuclear codes

As Rudy Giuliani himself knows, RICO charges, if found guilty, carry mandatory prison time ! You know the other lawyer, who was involved in the 60+ failed court challenges of 2020 election, Sidney Powell ? Well, she was also indicted arrested and booked in the State of Georgia, RICO case. But she has already pleaded guilty in the case, and will turn States evidence, against others in the Georgia RICO case. Some 18 other individuals. One of them, being don trumpf, himself ! Two other trumpf lawyers were also indicted, arrested and have pleaded guilty, and will testify against other(s) in the RICO case.
I have an idea who they may testify against. There's 19 defendants indicted.
