@@krashd it is actually a technique that is also used in bridges, in addition to the wire mesh embedded in the concrete, cables or steel bars are stretched before the concrete solidifies, once this solidifies the hydraulic jacks are removed and the internal tension reinforces the whole structure.

That's not the fourth reactor. Probably 5 or 6 that were never completed. Obviously they have no idea what they're doing, or they would know that what will eventually kill them is not direct exposure but inhaled dust. Alpha radiation.

Yeah, on Google maps it looks to be the complex for reactors 5 and 6, which makes sense since the main complex with reactors 1 through 4 is usually under high guard due to those 4 reactors being in various stages of decommissioning still. No one gets near the main facility without a very good reason and you would get a lot more than a fine if you trespassed in a nuclear power plant that still has work happening around it. Since the complex housing 5 and 6 is basically just an abandoned building site it gets left to the elements, and looters.

Did you know all the water in Chernobyl power plant are the water the firefighter used to put the fire out there
That water has long since evaporated, the water in the basement of the buildings is from rainfall. Also the water in this video is definitely rain water since no one can get anywhere near, let alone in, the main Chernobyl complex housing reactors 1 through 4. This building they are exploring is part of the abandoned ruins of what would have been reactors 5 and 6, except they were left unfinished after the accident.
