Without investigation, how one can arrive in a conclusion... There is lot of opportunity for the Governor to prove his innocent, if the investigation of state police is having particular intention, he can approach to Court for the inquiry from Central Agencies.
But its morally and legally not right to denay the entry of investigation team into Rajbhavan. This will give a wrong message to the public that 'equality before law', is completely absent in the case of high positions.
Then why everyone is crying for kejriwal ... he is also charged under criminal offences (money laundering and scams)go and say kejiwal should be punished

The fundamental rights of the citizens of India is supreme. The governor is not king of a state that no action can be taken if he did any crime against citizens of a state. If there is a law in this matter then please challenge in the supreme court of India.
If it is a fabricated one? Since the control of police is with the State Government they can misuse it. It is the time of election and illiterate people can be brain washed.
For better immunity use iron tablets or syrups , not on public , even after getting salary and all prevelages by tax payers money.

Why the post of governor abolished.wastage of states money and getting immunity.all these are meaningless when crunch of resources is going on centre and state level.such immunity is illogical.

The governor must surrender himself to the law and go through the inquiry in honour of democracy.
Article 361 might have been o.k. at the beginning, but at present where the appointments of Governors are more political than rational, it should be scrapped. It comes into direct conflict with the legal provisions of the existing and the new legislations in connection with women's safety and security. It is also against the EQUALITY clause of the Preamble, as also Article 21 where the VVIP, who lives a magnificent life out of the Consolidated Fund of India, is all-powerful against the very citizens out of whose taxes he lives, so much so that his immunity can be be evoked to protect him inspite of his personal wrongdoing which has nothing to do with his official role. Our brave soldiers, paramilitary staff and policemen who live in the constant shadow of sudden and violent death during their service, and even after retirement, cannot claim such immunity.
It is hoped compassionate lawyers or Hon'ble Judges set this anomaly straight.
