- जब हम conceive करने की कोशिश करते है , हमारा ovulation अच्छा होता है , हमारा sperm count अच्छा रहता है उसकी हालचाल अच्छी रहती है फिर भी conceive नहीं होता तब डॉक्टर HSG करने की सलाह देते है। आज इस video में Dr Supriya Puranik, HSG(Hysterosalpingography) test क्या है और कब किया जाता है? (HSG Test in Hindi) इसी के बारे में विस्तार से बताती है।
What is HSG Test?
HSG मतलब Hysterosalpingography, (Hystero-गर्भाशय , salpingo- गर्भनलिका , graphy- इनका अभ्यास करना) यह गर्भाशय का x-ray रहता है। तो आइये जानते है यह HSG क्यों की जाती है ?
जब महिला conceive नहीं कर पाती और उनके बाकी सारे factors normal रहते है तब डॉक्टर गर्भनलिका की जांच करने की सलाह देते है। गर्भनलिका की जांच दो तरीकेसे होती है
1. HSG Test
2. Laparoscopy
HSG Test कब की जाती है ?
-Fallopian tube यनेके गर्भनलिका की जानकारी लेने केलिए HSG Test करनी पड़ती है।
-जब महिला का बार बार दूसरी तिमाही में abortion हो जाता है तो uterus का आकार जानने केलिए डॉक्टर HSG test करने केलिए बोलते है।
-कभी कभी D & C के बाद हमारे गर्भाशय की wall यनेके दीवारे चिपकने के यनेके दब जानेके संभावनाए होती है | -अन्दर सारे scar tissue तैयार होते है जिसको asherman syndrome कहते है जिससे baby coceive होने में दिख्खत हो सकती है जानने केलिए भी HSG Test की जाती है।
-Uterus में fibroids , polyps होते है तो वह जानने केलिए भी यह test करनी पड़ती है।
HSG Test कैसे की जाती है ? (Hsg Test Procedure / HSG test preparation)
-HSG के एक दिन पहले antibiotic की दवा और painkiller की दवा शुरू की जाती है और दूसरे दिन हॉस्पिटल में बुलाया जाता है।
-इसके बाद डॉक्टर आपको consent sign करने केलिए बोलते है क्योकि यह टेस्ट करते वक्त contrast media इंजेक्ट करते है जिसके allergy patient को रह सकती है। तो यह सारी जानकारी देनेकेलिए डॉक्टर आपसे consent पे sign लेते है।
-इस टेस्ट केलिए आपको भूके पेट रेहनेकी कोई जरुरत नहीं रहती। इस टेस्ट केलिए आते बक्त साथ में किसीको रहना जरुरी है।
-इस टेस्ट केलिए आपको X -ray रूम में लिटाया जाता है और vagina के मार्ग से डॉक्टर्स छोटा सा canula गर्भाशय के मुँह में डालते है। थोड़ा सा खिचाव महसूस होता है जब doctors dye push करते है। जब dye push किया जाता है तब आपको आपकी सास hold में रखनी होती है जिसे दर्द कम है।
ज्यादातर महिलाये बिना anesthesia के यह टेस्ट करवाती है पर जिन्हे anesthesia चाहिए होता है , उन्हें एक दिन पहले admit होना पड़ता है और anesthesia जो भी procedures है वह follow करने पड़ते है।
HSG Test कब नहीं करना है ?
जब महिला को pregnancy का संदेह रहता है तब यह टेस्ट नहीं करनी चाहिए। इसीलिए यह टेस्ट मासिक स्त्राव ख़तम होने के बाद छटे सातवे दिन ही किया जाता है।
जब bleeding रहती है , तो भी यह टेस्ट नहीं करना है।
अगर pelvic infection या योनिमार्ग का संक्रमण रहता है तब यह टेस्ट करना उचित नहीं है।
जब patient को मालूम रहता है की उन्हें किसी dye की allergy है तब भी यह टेस्ट नहीं की जाती।
HSG Test के बाद क्या तकलीफ होती है ? (hsg test side effects)
जब डॉक्टर dye inject करते है तब थोडासा pain होता है। उसके बाद अगर यह dye cavity में चला गया हो तो हल्का हल्का सा दर्द रेहनेकी संभावना है।
इस procedure के पहले एक injection लगवाया जाता है जिसके कारन मुँह सुख जाता है , nausea होता है , कभी थोड़ी हल्कानी होती है। इसलिए patient को ठीक तरह से पानी पीना है , antibiotics और painkillers लेने है।
Benefits of HSG Test
इस test का report हमे एक film या x-ray के तौर पे मिलता है जिसमे गर्भाशय की रचना , अगर उसमे गांठे होने की सम्भावनाये है क्या , गर्भाशय में scar tissue है क्या , गर्भनलिका खुली है या बंद है , गर्भनलिका में इन्फेक्शन है या नहीं यह जानकारी इस test से मिलती है। यह टेस्ट बोहोत ही महत्वपूर्ण रहती है। ऐसे देखा गया जब हमारे दूसरे सारे parameters normal रहते है तब यह test के बाद conceive होने के सम्भावनाये 20 % से बढ़ती है।

Yadi cycle ho raha ho aur egg rupture hokar felopion tube me se hokar aata hai too kya phir tube block ho sakti hai aur kya aisi situation me HSG test karane ki jaroorat hai mam.
I had done this test twice first one showed both fallopian tubes are blocked then second one after removing blockage. Now i have 6 months old sweet baby girl in my lap. And meri doctor ne mujhe dr supriya ko refer kiya tha but mujhe mam nai mile the us time mai dr arti se milkar ayi thi.

Madam, this month on 9th day of my cycle I had my hsg test. As per inito i havn't find peak fertility. It is 18th day and generally i found it around 16th day..is it normal to have a delayed ovulation after hsg?
