    Great info. I'm a NASM CPT and share this all the time with most clients, since 90% have weight-loss goals. Even my competitive bodybuilders benefit from the hand method when they are not cutting.

    How many grams of food should i eat per meal to be on a 200 calorie deficit? My required calories is 2300 but im cutting it to 2100
