If you commit the crime at 17 then do the time. Most states dont send 17 yr olds to juvenile, right to jail. He was old enough to know right from wrong. No freedom

Remember the 1970's; "If you can't do the time don't do the crime". I have to say it reminds me of a story during the American civil war when a Confederate Soldier came in front of General Robert E. Lee for desertion (the punishment would be being shot) and "Marse Robert" seeing how nervous the soldier was said to him, "Don't worry son you'll get justice" and the soldier replies, "I know sir and that's why I'm so nervous." He KNEW HE WAS GUILTY AND KNEW WHAT HE HAD COMING FOR IT! Just the fact that this Osborn is ready to get out if allowed to do so says it's still all about him, like when he took another human being and sexually gratified himself with said human and then killed her! NO, NO, NO, SOCIETY CAN'T DO THIS. All things considered if they want to protect HIM and society he should stay where he is. Sad isn't it? Well so was his horrible crime and all the people affected by it. SO BE IT.

This man speaking in this interview is not only intelligent, he’s decent.
