    It is a quicker method especially when one wants to know the space area for tiling. Big up Laj!

    I prefer the fill tool to using zones - but you can name each fill and then generate a list of fills, that can automatically add them - that way, you dont have to do the whole process with the calculator.

    How I can calculate the perimeter of any area.....?

      Have not seen that option in ArchiCAD yet, but you can improvise....using the polygon tool... Let me do more research and update you on how it can be done with ease.

      On the Navigation toolbar, look for SCHEDULES>ELEMENTS>WALL SCHEDULES..... That's where you will find the perimeter of the walls used.
