I love the genuine help you give, I hate busy works beats style tutorials that is just another service to learn or the videos that says in the end “join this perfect production course I’ve made that will get you X money”
🚨Hey friends… We recently created "The Producer Files" to provide producer-songwriters with business strategies from the trenches, in-depth classes (not on UA-cam), and interviews where producers share how they make a living. It's all 100% free. You can learn more here: rb.gy/wybbxr
Thanks for the idea! (and for watching). It's a super simple spreadsheet that tracks the numbers for each stage and then a journaling process so that our guys can start to tune into what is breaking / ask for the correct help. After doing it for a while they are then able to "iterate" and kind of come up with their own ways of doing things that works for them. We don't use the same metrics for every producer, but I do have some general numbers I could recommend. Some of them will turn the spreadsheet into a Trello or Notion board as well. I'll think on how we could do this for a UA-cam video. MIGHT be more of a fit for our podcast though... We can get more "into the details" on that platform. Anyway. Appreciate ya Remy!
Correct, and that isn’t our ballgame but there are plenty of other channels that discuss that approach. We work with record producers not beat makers. However, we do work with a few producers who put beats on UA-cam and that content can serve as a vehicle for inbound opportunities… which would lead into following the rest of this pipeline. Thanks for watching!

Very helpful information.
Solid advice! I can say first hand the pipeline works for me.
Great to hear!

Nice video! A video idea: something about how to actually track this pipeline. Do you use some sort of CRM platform? Or just from top of mind?

Hey Adin! Got your submission and will be replying soon.
This works if your producing with artist but not if your making just beat to sell onlne, different ball game.

Golden.
I’ve implemented this model over the past year and seen some real great stuff happen.
Thanks Dan 🫶🏼
