  • Try this yogurt dill dip in place of your traditional ranch which is often full of artificial ingredients and not particularly good for you. This yogurt dip has all the health benefits of yogurt and is a good way to get more protein and calcium in your diet. It's easy and versatile. These measurements can be altered more or less for desired consistency and taste. You can also experiment with other spices instead of dill.
    1 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp dill weed
    1 clove crushed garlic
    Salt and Pepper to Taste
