Chaeyoung, who is known for her rapping, opens with actual singing, and she does it alone, in an isolated white dome, vulnerable and easily scrutinized. This is in contrast with Dahyun, who is a great rapper, but is the secondary, who gets the whole rap breakdown by herself, a comparatively long piece. Both challenge the ideas of what they are known for and excel, but they do so alone. Mina's lyrics and the forest are such a clear reference to that anxiety disorder. It was a beautiful and powerful portrayal, being lost in the woods. Notice that as the scene starts, she's in a darker segment of the woods, but it's her mint-colored streamers that guide her to the white dome wherein is Chaeyoung. I've read there was a powerful movement when Mina's struggles were addressed when ONCE would carry mint-colored glowsticks at events while she was absent to support her. In this way, ONCE guides her to Chaeyoung, who, along with TWICE, save her. Tzuyu, who is known for her visual, gets to really express her voice, but she's portrayed as just a beautiful doll and nothing more. For Momo… To be honest, I haven't found anything that gives Momo specific symbolism, although I did read she is into doll collecting. In the end, Momo is who finds Tzuyu despite being hidden among doll houses, and recognizes her individuality and value beyond her beauty. Nayeon is trapped in the TVs as a bright object with little contrast, as though the media has captured her. I've also read that she struggled during the training phase and felt trapped within the process of becoming an idol without much love or support compared to members like Jihyo. Dahyun while holding the umbrella, represents ONCE, and the MV ends with Sana smiling back (at us). I'm not writing all that to challenge you, but to kind of celebrate your point.
