No More Fiberglass, The Monterey Is Finally Ready For Some Paint!

All the fiberglass work on the floor is finished. Just need to fair it, prime it, and paint it. Time to start working on the fun stuff. The boats finally coming together!

I hope you never need access to the tank for fuel lines or the sending unit.. Nice work but always remember this, the factory design/access was done that way for a good reason.

You and me both lol I already have a plan in place if I ever need to access it. I’ll cut out the square and make a tray to insert like I have for that wooden piece in front of it.

Good Job !! Amazing how "WATER" is BAD for a BOAT???? Who knew? As you know the engine and grease points etc need to be done each day-month-year etc!! It is the PAIN in the ASS people let go!!! Enjoyed your video!!

I hope you used marine grade wood at the minimum since you didnt seal the bottom.

Couldn't find any near me so I ended up just using pressure treated plywood. Im going to be getting the cover redone for it, I'll just need to make sure I keep it as dry and covered as possible when not in use.
