Where was all this hate when that boy from Chargers got paid? Or the boy in Arizona? The failure of the Cowboys was not being able to stop the run or develop a consistent run game on offense. The Chargers and Cardinals paid for youth and upside. Can't say that I agree or disagree with it. It's a young man's sport. Dak has already had 1 extention and the truth is Stephen and Jerry is hesitant to extend an aging QB with only 2 playoff wins in 8 seasons. Dak isn't no spring chicken. The truth is there are reasons the team has failed in the playoffs that don't include Dak, but it's also true that he has his share as apart of the failures as well. Alot of you over the top Dak fans want to act like we haven't seen him fail recently with the defense actually putting him in position to win in the playoffs (2022 playoffs vs San Fran). Also, in the Greenbay game in the playoffs and other games where yall want to put all the blame only on the defense Dak wasn't playing great either and contributed to easy points early for the opposing team with bad turnovers. I mean it's not like the Dallas D was playing bad against Greenbay and Dak was playing great. Jerry and Stephen are rebuilding the team slowly whether you can see it or not. They're getting rid of players on defense who are aging and/or who they may feel they're not winning in the playoffs with. But guys like you need to understand that they probably are looking at Dak as apart of the equation and wondering if it's time to move on from the aging qb, who has a high price tag, who's been here already for 8 seasons, and they aren't winning in the playoffs with either. Can't hype him up for the goods things he does only and the regular season success against average to below teams, and ignore the lack of success with him in the playoffs and against real contending teams in big marquee games. Broaddus who is well connected with Dallas and other teams around the nfl keep trying to tell yall what Dallas maybe trying to do with Dak and the rest of the team, but yall don't want to listen so we'll see what happens
@@mrreal6556 the point I was making is why is his money constantly questioned. Aging? D4K is entering his prime. Terry Bradshaw said years ago that nobody besides a few, are pro QBs before 28th Years old. The one consistent theme of every team that has ever beat D4K, better run game on both sides of the ball. Even in the GB game his rookie year, he balled and Zeke didn't. I don't ever absolve D4K of blame bc I do have high expectations of him. I just don't hold him to standards that never are applied to other teams QBs. 3 QBs have won the chip since D4K was drafted. Does that mean 29 teams should be looking for QBs right now or is this the ULTIMATE TEAM GAME?
