I'm not sure what happened at 23:58 . That piece of video was showing how I remove the valve lever from the valve to keep honey from accidentally being dumped on the floor.

Good video! We are lucky to have Arkansas Glass Company and a local guy that sells the jars really cheap. The bottler is very shiny! Thanks for sharing!

Mug up At the Rawls, Good morning Joey. As a second year beekeeper, I haven't harvested much honey, leaving most of the honey for the bees. I increased from 1 to 6 colonies this past year and produced a bit of comb. This year I may get to harvest some honey. That looks like a nice tank. Maybe next year for me, we shall see. Thanks for posting.

Good morning. You should get a good amount of honey this year. My first few years I used a 5 gallon bucket with a honey gate. That worked well for me until the honey orders got a little larger.

Great looking tank Joseph , I think I'm going to have to break down and get a bottling tank soon. I've been heating 5 gal buckets in my old smoker , I set it for 110 degrees but it takes about 4 days to decrystallize it.👍👍👍

Thank you. It does work great. The upright freezer in my video is actually a honey wormer. I use it to keep bottles warm, around 90 degrees. When I need to liquefy a bucket I turn it up to 110 degrees for a couple days, sometimes maybe three days if it is crystallized bad. I also stir it as much as possible during that time.

Outstanding video Joe! Liked watching you assemble the tank. When that thread bottomed out I was telling you to put a couple of rubber O rings on to help it out, but you figured it out. Nothing like thread tape! Looking forward to watching you bottle some honey! 👍👍

Thank you. That one surely took a few extra wraps to get it right.

Thanks for all the detailed information. I have not unboxed mine yet but plan to next week. Ten gallons of distilled water is a good idea. Looks like a great tank at a good price. Thanks and take care.

Great setup. I have gotten quart jars with lids at Rual king for good price. I have swapped honey for jars of different types. Hope this setup is going to be easier on you and your boss😉.❤️🐝👍

Enjoyed the video but... All that water in the tank followed by honey in the tank... that's a lot of weight for that little plastic topped table you talked about putting it on. Rethink that one or you will have honey on the floor when the table bows in the middle or collapses!! But don't worry the bees will come clean it up if you open the door and windows! Enjoy your new bee toy!

Probably my southern english. 😆🤣I never meant I was setting the tank up on the table with honey and water. When I said moving the honey to there I meant from one tank to the other. The new tank is going to sent int the table jack where the old homemade one is. But you are right, it wouldn't tank lone for the bees to find it and clean it all up. Thanks for watching.

I've gone from wanting to make and sell enough honey to get a motorized 9 frame extractor to wanting to catch up with you on your equipment! Jealousy is a powerful motivator! My girls better get busy! Thanks for sharing your experiences!

Thanks for watching. You know, there are three categories of beekeeping. Commercial, Sideliner and Hobby. I think I am in the forth one. Not sure if it should be called flatliner or redliner. lol
