This isn't a dating scam. It's a team of intelligent people conducting a finance scam, with fake websites, documents and fake initial returns. That's almost no way to see through that. Only a blanket policy of not doing business in certain situations could save you.

I met a lovely man at 29y he was 32. I was doing my teaching degree single mum with 4 children. It appeared he loved me, liked me respected me. Found out 5y later he was stealing money from me adding up to £20,000. I never noticed it. A couple of hundred here there everywhere. But it was all lies. Im never dating again.
I have had close friends try to interest me into doing some buisnesses and i straight away say no because you just never know. Even my closest friend ,i said no.

If someone asks you for money just say "that is funny as I was about to ask you the same thing" that gets rid of them. Had a work colleague years ago who would go round the office asking to borrow £20 & never pay people back.

These are professional criminals who pull the wool over the eyes of vulnerable women looking for romance and these dating apps are to be approached with huge caution.
