@@abel6298in a way Pritchard’s dribbling and shooting training drills could be viewed like the basketball bible. In all of PP’s training vids each one he does all translates to NBA game action to provide a functional handle that can withstand any kind of defensive pressure thrown at him and a picture perfect jump shot form.
Pritchard's got the whole skillset and a high IQ for an elite point guard. I don't think you can trap him. He'll always find a way to get out of tricky situations and come out on top.
He's basically a white CP3, with a little less speed but a better outside shot. Both are SOLIDLY built and conditioned athletes whose game ages well because it's on such a strong foundation of work ethic, preparation and elite skills built up over a lifetime of maniacal effort. CP3 is a more natural athlete but Pritchard has maximized his ceiling and has finally found ways to get his shot off on his own at all levels in the NBA. In time, Pritchard will eventually be a starter and likely an All-Star.
Great video. I'd love to see a breakdown on Jared McCain of the Sixers. The knock on him coming out of college is that he wasn't athletic enough or big enough (kind of like PP).
his walk ins and lean ins and ball handling and long range game and mid game make me think he could be an all star....not quite as well rounded as Steph but a similar game I'd love to see his ball handling drills they must be insane edit: oh yeah: if he develops a few more consistent assists per game then he is a perennial all star
I think that's actually a really good comp. Similar play styles, elite ball handlers, and great at and around the basket no matter who is around them. Brunson has more in his bag, but he's more of a finished product, PP still has room to grow.
Joo by anymeans, I’ve been studying euroleague for a month (tJ shorts and nadir hifi) and i wonder if i sould keep doing it or if you recommend wachting the nba. Thanks . If you recommend Euroleague, i will use your code for sure ;)

feel like he has very little wasted movement. hes got a deep bag but is able to get north south so efficiently doesn't need to bring it out. maximum he uses his body to ward off defenders as he gets to the rim
my man pp getting some much deserved recognition. great analysis that boy is a dawg glad he's getting some attention.

Very nice comp but id say Brunson is just thicker and stronger then PP but would say PP is faster and quicker then Brunson

Bad take imo. People aren’t going to be able to emulate this
@@drewharbour3200 what is the take? It’s just a film study lol
@ “every hooper should study Pritchard”. Virtually no one that watches this will be able to emulate what he does
@ why? Maybe not at that level, but you don’t think we can learn from better players?
@ example: the de-acceleration. Players are gonna try to do that and they’ll get their stuff packed. Pritchard’s a freak athlete
