  • Negative feedback is often presented as criticism, which people hate, or remains unspoken for fear of awkward moments. This is a shame, says Geoffrey Tumlin, because proper negative feedback is often game-changing, and is occasionally life-changing.
What if words could change a life? Geoffrey points the way.

    What a wonderfully compelling talk.
I’ve always found giving feedback quite difficult, and I cannot wait to begin using the methodology so clearly and articulately put in this video. Thank you for sharing.

A simplified look at constructive communication skills. A refreshing presentation with interjections of humorous personal stories that made the talk more relatable. Enjoyable presentation.

What a tremendous presentation on Negative feedback something we can all use. I hope many in the position to share negative feedback will have had the opportunity to see this video or have been given this kind of instruction on why it is important to share feedback and how best to do it. Negative feedback always equals growth, and I suppose that growth is realized by both parties.
