I love it. The only thing I would change is that it was 8 hrs (commercial free) so I could listen to it while I sleep. I am older and have significant back pain which makes sleep difficult. This puts me to sleep and keeps my head peaceful and my pain tolerable. I listen to the slow banjo and rain most nights and it too works extremely well for me but a change once in a while would be good. I LOVE the voice singing along with the music without words or being overly loud. This is wonderfully balanced. 😊
@Ridesmule if you can get hold of a cupful of organic Castor Oil (from the plant) soak a clean cotton flannel so it's wet but not dripping, place it over your pain area. Will help immensely. Especially with hot water bottle on top. Daily for one hour will be best. Merry Christmas
