I have chosen to celebrate my 35th Birthday at Sobrino de Botin which considered as the OLDEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD..

Casa Botín, founded in 1725, is the oldest restaurant in the world according to the Guinness Book of Records and one of the references for the best traditional cuisine in Madrid.
Forbes magazine reserved third place among the 10 best classic restaurants in the world, for the House and its two specialties, the delicious suckling pigs and roast lambs in the Castilian style.
Three or four times a week, shipments of the best Segovian suckling pigs and lambs arrive at the restaurant from the magic triangle of this meat: Sepúlveda-Aranda-Riaza.
Little by little, slowly, lambs and piglets brown in the heat and the slow and solemn breathing of the old oven, fueled with oak wood. An oven that has remained in operation since its foundation under the watchful eye of the master bakers and expert cooks who have been in the House all their lives.
These logs and their embers, strategically placed to the left of the stove, harmoniously distribute the flavor of salt, pepper, water, lard, white wine, bay leaf, onion and garlic throughout all the pieces, suckling pigs and roasts.
