2024 Honda Hornet 2.0 Ride Review
The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V is powered by 159.7cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 17.39 bhp and a torque of 14.73 Nm With both front and rear disc brakes, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V comes up with Dual Anti-lock braking system. This Apache RTR 160 4V bike weighs 147 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.
Hero Xtreme 160R 4V is a street bike available at a starting price of Rs. 1,52,204 in India. It is available in 3 variants and 4 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 1,62,509. The Hero Xtreme 160R 4V is powered by 163.2cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 16.6 bhp and a torque of 14.6 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Hero Xtreme 160R 4V comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Xtreme 160R 4V bike weighs 145 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.
The Hornet 2.0 gets a single-channel ABS, and we’d have appreciated it if Honda had equipped the bike with a no-compromise dual-channel unit, though.The Hornet 2.0 is powered by an updated BS6.2 / OBD2-compliant air-cooled, fuel-injected, 184cc engine producing 17.27PS at 8500rpm and 15.9Nm at 6000rpm. The Hornet 2.0's motor is paired to a five-speed gearbox and now gets assist and slipper clutch.
The Hornet 2.0 Brakes include a 276mm front and 220mm rear petal disc, with single-channel ABS as standard. The 17-inch alloy wheels roll on 110section front and 140-section rear tubeless tyres.

Xtreme has the least amount of negatives, that's why I bought it. The Kevlar Brown colour looks premium as well!

Hornet has only air cooling system. They should have given air and oil cooling system like rtr 160 4v

As per my experience & knowledge when I bought bike, it's odometer was already showing about 3 kms, when I asked the dealership regarding the matter, they told me that it was the total distance that the bike has covered when it moved from their stockyard to the dealership's showroom, in such cases the odometer of any brand new bike or any other vehicle will definitely not be showing '0' km but if the dealership have the provisions of making direct entry of their vehicles into showroom just after unloading it, then for that case the odometer of that vehicle will be usually showing '0' km
Even sometimes during the production of vehicles in factories, many vehicles after completion use to get driven around to a certain distance where it finally gets loaded on a truck or something, during that time too vehicle covers a certain distance which gets recorded by its odometer.
And also, if anyone buys a test drive vehicle due to urgency or lack of immediate availability of the vehicle in the dealerships then ofcoursely the odometer will be showing the overall distance that it has covered in the process.

and there are absolutely no worries regarding this matter, things like that usually happen, last year a friend of mine bought FZs v4, his bike's odometer was also showing that it had been driven around 11kms before getting it's delivery despite being a brand new bike. I think any of such above mentioned factors occurred with that bike too.
Apache 4V worst bike. Sold in one year. Very unreliable. Too much vibration. Noisy engine.

Honda is honda! Engine reliability is the main thing. 4V breaking is worse even though it has dual channel abs. In Bangladesh, the most accident record holds 4V. But Hornet is different. It has everything.
