I always appreciated Nonito's ability to set up the left hook. He has faded quite a bit since his epic KO of Darchinyan 6 years ago. He is clearly much slower than in previous years and as a result takes quite a bit more punishment. That said I am still a huge fan. Just don't stay too long Nonito, there is life after boxing.
Definitely one of the best performance of Nonito. Controlled Distance, timing, speed, power and balance. Though he said he couldn't get the right rhythm to take him down. He was able to break him down punch by punch despite Vasquez' cockiness.... Lesson learned from you Vasquez...

@almuhaarib it seems that you didnt watch the younger days of Pacquiao when he is on the ring,. watch him against sasakul, his power save him, against lucero, only one punch,. i dont need to elaborate just watch his 1st fights
@nahtanojodaiv except the argument is power..when youre talking about power a tko and a ko are very different, if someone got a tko and the other person a ko ud consider the guy with the ko to have more power obviously so relative to punching power theyre very different

if the challenger (marquez) doesn't 'bring it', does the champion lose because he does't put him away like he does to the other opponents. The problem is there's a high expectation on pacman to ko guys everytime he faces someone. Everyone expects him to KO. So when mrquez survives- most critics says pacman lost- becuase it was close.

The challenger has to convincingly win- to deserve taking away the belt from the champion. Just because he wasn't ko'd and it was close, that's the word 'close', the champion still should keep the belt. Logic, most people don't have it.

@SAMSWILL Nobody knew rigondeax a year ago. He's got to prove himself before having the chance to fight the champ. It's like this, if you were standing in line at the store, would you like it if someone in the back row decides hey, i deserve to be in the front row and proceeds jumping everyone he deserves to be next? logic. The only thing that he has going on with him is that Donaire is stepping up to Guillermo's comfortable weight class, thats all..Other than that Donaire has more experience and shows more power than Rigo..

@nahtanojodaiv lol u dont need to do research, but if u want here it is: pac didnt get a ko until his 18th fight, after the first ko he had like 10 ko's in a row, then he moved up in weight, which means his ko ratio would go down-thats a fact. but no, he gets another 10 ko's in a row, then moves up and does it again..THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN DO THAT WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTS USE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN.. im not a may fan but i can admit hes the best p4p fighter in the worls and whoever disagrees is ignorant
