Made in Abyss is a fantasy manga by Akihito Tsukushi, published on WEB Comic Gamma (Takeshobo) since 2012. The unique juxtaposition of its gentle art style with a dark, brutal storyline captured the hearts of many fans. A TV anime version aired in 2017 followed by a compilation movie in 2019 and a completely new theatrical movie in January 2020. A sequel to the anime series was also announced in January 2020, promising to provide fans with more exciting content in addition to the manga series.
About Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness
Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness is an Action RPG in which players themselves descend into the world of the Abyss and grow through their experience in its depths. The game, supervised by original series author Akihito Tsukushi, recreates the world of the Abyss in 3D, including battles with creatures, collecting relics, and “The Curse of the Abyss”. Fans are sure to enjoy the dark fantasy that remains true to the unique flavor of the original work.
The game offers two game modes. “HELLO ABYSS” is a story mode in which players can relive the story of the anime while learning the basic system and how to progress in the game. In “DEEP IN ABYSS,” players can enjoy an original story of a new Cave Raider, who takes on the challenge of exploring the depths of the Abyss. im still at the start of the 4th layer and i was almost stuck on the 3th layer because i FORGOT THE SALT and got hungry and was runing out of wepons. somehow i got in and out and than fast travel back, i was so frustrated and scared but 2 man toyers on the first layer saved me with their sweet flesh, probably one of the most tense moments in a game i ever got, i both hate and love this game

i just had to travel from the very end of the fourth layer to heaven's waterfall (2nd layer) because my fast travel wasnt available
my good's source was slowly depleting AND the only weapon i had left was a light normal pickaxe i use to grind meat
since i didnt had much Time i literally climbed throught the third layer
@@mauro9389 this happened to me too but with the scaled umbrella instead, also got really bad enemy position RNG so i died like 100 times in quad pit trying to get past

if you're ever stuck and only have enough to get to the second layer, go there and enter multi layer hill. head up the path to wind riding windmill and along the way will be a hegui tree. even with 0 fullness you can pick fruit :3

Whistle ranks are obtained through academic and field tests. However White Whistles are different. You need to have someone (in a condition that is so rare that is almost impossible) as the main ingredient. i know, wtf lol

i agree, most people who made a dumbass negative review most likely didnt even get to the second or third layer, talking about "awh the game loop" or the "fetch quests" and im like bro??? thats what the cave raiders do???? ITS A MADE IN ABYSS game, tf do they expect?
Im still suck on layer 2 but im having so much fun with the game, MINUS THE FUCKING BUTTERFLYS AND BIRDS I DEAL WITH WHILE CLIMBING, i do believe enemy spawns should be slower and not instantly, AND there shouldnt be no more than 2-3 things coming at you while you're on a wall or rope, dealing with 5-6 of them fuckers is annoying, thats the only main complaint i have for the game lol

@@tursol6805 i think you should give it a chance because 85% of players only beat the tutorial and reviewed the game off of the tutorial, Deep In Abyss which is the REAL story mode about your own character has so much to offer, Hello Abyss doesnt even have half of what Deep In Abyss has in store for you.

You better bring a lot patience with this game and an kind of resistence to frustration.
Otherwise its a really good game despite the negative reviews.
Iam about 30 hours in on the fifth layer now a bit before the end of the game.

Managed to Platinum this game on PS4 in 48 hours without looking at a guide. Loved this game so much, quirky Japanese games have always been my favourite.

Recently, we saw the butterfly with ant biting it poorly, We gently hold the butterfly's wings while carefully remove the ant below it. We found no puller as quickly as possible to remove the ant biting butterfly poorly, but we found nipper and use it carefully to remove ant without any harm to butterfly's legs. That was dangerous, but fortunately, we manage to do it carefully and now the butterfly is save and free from that annoying ant.

Ah just bought this game last week out of curiosity but damn it's really depressing. And the devs seems really enjoyed animating the death scene of children
This is almost certainly a one off game. I can't possibly imagine how you'd design a game for the proceeding layers as by design of the universe, rising up ten meters should essentially instantly kill you gameplay wise.
Playing as Reg or Nanachi would negate this
@@richanddarksbane1439 I never could recall if Nanachi being "blessed" meant actual immunity to the curse. I feel like I might have missed that at some point
@@Legionary219 Nanachi never showed symptoms of the curse in any case, I'm pretty sure he's immune and that's part of the blessing but I don't think it was explicitly stated
Nah she is not immune. Even her said that she was worried about the 6th layer curse and she also stated that she somewhat became aquainted with the 5th layer curse because she lived there a long time and not due to her blessing. So no she is not immune.
She can see the forcefield and as meinya see what places are the best to not be to heavily touched by it but that's it. That's why she never shown any sign of being cursed before.

The tutorial is just the first two layers. Also there is no layer 6 in the game

The game's interpretation of the bottom level's effects are quite interesting. "Lose your sense of self" was it? So you can't see your player model anymore and can't see your hud. I thought that was pretty cool.

This game much better if when we dead we should start as new character again from beginning and when we already enter too deep,we cant back to surface because will got cursed which make us dead too, so the prepare for everything should prepared so serious and we'll check on every layer for not miss any equipment.. so when we reach the deepest point without died and passing so many problems already,i am sure i'll crying when our partner should we kill and became our whistle after everything we pass with him/her..
How we progress? How the new cave raider get upgrade or whatever? Since every generation die

@@retroplayer_daybreak I am talking about game mechanic, but it still have to make sense I'm talking about progression of the characters you play as, when they die they lose all the equipment of course. But how would the next cave raider get better equipment even through it be there first time.
I would use the balloon mail for bringing resources or request items to buy from the surface yes I know it rarely been cought by receivers but only when deeper then 3 layer. I researched the anime 3 weeks ago a lot of information I forgotten anyways it great show. Watching it again give me ideas for a game mechanic the more mechanic that feels natural for the world of made in abyss the better.
It fun to come up ideas but you gotta solve something that doesn't make sense, like of course children aren't allowed to go down deeper then 2 layer.

No the leaked footage isn't from the owner of this youtube channel, they were just reposted for people who didn't know where to download from (so in that sense, thanks to Banden). The leaks are all from a hacker who hacked Rockstar's Slack server (basically a work related chat group) and then shared the leaks via a link at GTAForums, who also currently threatens Rockstar with sharing data and source code of their games. (I can't imagine it ending well for that guy. If Rockstar and TakeTwo even sue modders and have private investigators going after mod makers, they will have an army of investigators after that hacker)

i first thought this game would be bad but man... its so much fun surpassing the difficults of each layer and resources management and dying for simple creatures in unexpected moments. i specifically hate the 3th cause i had to climb that fk wall and u cant save inside the caves
I hate 3rd layer with a passion almost drives me crazy stuck in trapped pirate ship cave.
4th layer are beautiful and relaxing.
5th layer are pretty anticlimactic and a bit cliche though it just screamed we're ran out of ideas for otherworldly designs and out of budget and time, threw in snow and ice with lots of empty spaces and called it a day.
So this child has the grip strength of 10 adult rock climbers and survives not one but three attacks by Orb Piercer point blank. Wow

What game is it?
I will try to ask here if someone knows, But before you arrive to the 4th layer and find **** (for the first time, how you can back to the other layers (manually), I ask this because when you go down to the 4th layer, the way to back to the 2nd (and i think is the only one) is blocked, i'm talking about the floor where everything is lava and ice, then you have to throw a pile of rocks and a GIANT one begin to run forming a new way, where you have to go. I need go back because i can't use yet the fast travel in the last floor of the 3rd layer, may be because i'm not a black whistle yet. I will appreciate a help because i love the game and i know that in some ways is Frustrating, but I lost as more than 6 hours stuck between this two layers.
You can't travel back to cold heat layer where giant rock rolled. You need go to through another exit in Glass Layer which lead to Quadruple Pit. From there try to find exit to Hexagon and head back to Heat cold layer, just turn around to Upward Wasteland on layer 2 and you can fast travel to Orth from there.

I think this game should get a revamp, I cant withstand the feeling of this game looking like pokemon scarlet/violet. I think Made in Abyss should get a visually spectacular game with great gameplay, plus, they can add the 6th layer and when the 7th layer comes out in the manga/anime they can update it in a year or three to add it in. Something similar to BOTW or TOTK.
Ill never understand why they put some random rock music into the layers.

I Didn't know Made In Abyss got it's own videogame. But now I know and I'm actually kind of happy it did. But to be honest the game seems a little janky in quite a lot of ways.
