Question, could G-ds seal on the forehead be phylacteries? The counterfeit mark of the beast in Revelation 13:16 is described very similar to the mitzvot given in Deuteronomy 6:8 ❤
Shalom Victor! I don't believe it is referring to phylacteries because this is a mark the Lord is putting on the people and doesn't sound like something that God is telling them to put on themselves. Also the problem with the phylacteries (or Tefillin) is that it is not worn all the time, only during prayer times. But it sounds to me like this mark the Lord is supernaturally putting on them would be on them all the time (day and night) as a sign they are set apart for the Lord and to protect them. I do see the point you are making about the similarities between the phylacteries and the Mark of the beast. This mark from God is only on the forehead and not on the right hand like the Mark of the beast.
