I know they are super old and I know you guys did a written review of them. BUT I would love to hear the experts(you guys) talk abour Galaxy Buds plus vs FE. I bought the FE because its the first wingtips to come out in a LONG time from Samsung
just switched, no more boosted and wonky treble, it is quite darker and bass oriented, tips included feel more slippery, fit and inner-shape is about same, feels like im wearing the plus. p decent upgrade imo
It works now with any Android? I thought I read it only works on Samsung. I have a Pixel and am wondering if there is bad latency, and bad audio quality because I don't have a Samsung. Do you have a Samsung?
I'm not sure why no one asks about, or mentions this. Why can't you go into the Galaxy phone sound settings where there is a system EQ, to have total control over the sound? There is a basic mode, or an advanced one with a graphic equalizer. I use it all the time when I have my phone connected to my car stereo via bluetooth. There is also a setting for Dolby Atmos and other settings as well.
You know what's crazy? The FE is consistently better than much more expensive headphones (according to RTing's tests) It has better ANC, Microphone, accuracy etc. than Airpods Pro, Buds2 Pro, and many others.
I dont know why nobody mentions it, but mine didnt last 2 weeks. They started to make a very weird noise when ANC and passive mode are turned on, even when they arent connected. Sent them back to samsung for a repair.
They're great for fitness! They have stability fins on them which helps keep them comfortable and in place during workouts😄 They're only rated IPX2, but that's enough for sweat proof!

These should have at least 8mm drivers. The 6.5mm drivers sound small when you're outside and using ambient mode. I dont have that issue with my Buds 2 or JBL Live Pro 2 or Free 2. Larger drivers really help with pushing through background noise.
@@RTINGScomAudio Thank you for replying, this video clearly demonstrates the connectivity, as the number of phones and buds that support the LC3 codec increases in the future, I hope you will test the connectivity of these phones and buds with LC3 codec!

These buds don't support Dolby Atmos, nor 360 Audio, which is compatible on some Samsung buds. However, you can use the third-party Dolby Access app for a more immersive sound. Keep in mind that you'll need to pay to use this app though, and that this isn't true surround sound but virtual surround.

anyone know how to get these to work on a pc as a headset? when i connect them via bluetooth to the pc windows finds them as 'headphones' and they just play high quality audio. they also show up as 'handsfree AG' headset in devices and they have a green tick and everything, showing they should work, but they dont. if i disable the 'headphones' then the headset part doesnt work, no sounds play and no mic input is picked up either. been trying solutions for awhile now, nothing works. Windows 10 64 bit. anyone got any thoughts?

You can enable that same seamless codec option if you dpwnload the galaxy wearables app on and galaxy buds fe plugin for it on any android device.

I have the buds fe for just 1 week and it's amazing 😊 i use it in the train and with the noisecansaling on it's really amazing 😊
that's a really valuable video, thamk you for the quality of your work!
They are better than buds 2 that much I can tell
No they aren't. Not even close. The only advantage they have is the fitment. The Buds 2 are better in every way except fitment.
I have both and I like fe more than buds 2 ... Whatever the reason

The FE scores better than the Buds2 in sound accuracy, ANC, and microphone.

as a guy that like to hear the music loud would these be a good choise?
what pair of buds works best for latency in windows 11? My Buds Plus have a little lag.
Are they better than SONY WF-C700NW for music and podcasts?

Great! Will you check the connection between the buds and the phones with LC3 Codec(if any)?
They support Seamless, Samsung's proprietary codec intended to improve audio quality, otherwise they only support AAC and SBC codecs!

Have you set them as your default input and output device in Sound category in the control panel?
@samuelnery6715 Yes, setting them as default, before or after disabling 'Headset' makes no difference, no sound comes thru and mic wont work
