    I love the abs cardio combo- That was perfect - be good to see a 45 min work out . Also alternatives for shoulder based exercises for those with rotator cuff injuries. Thanks

      Maybe try one of his arm workouts after. Adds it up to a 45 min workout and good mix of workout in totatl

    Great workout. Thank you so much! I started exercising at the beginning of lockdown and I'm so much fitter than before. I'd love more of these cardio abs workouts! I find I'm more motivated when the rounds aren't repetitive though, so I think I'd enjoy it even more if the moves in the second round were even slightly different. Also, please let us see the timer! It really helps. :)

    1st exercise : Sprint on spot
    2nd exercise : Crunches
    3rd exercise : Burpees
    4th exercise : Up and Down plank
    5th exercise : Squats
    6th exercise : Leg raises
    7th exercise : Reverse lunges
    8th exercise : Reverse crunches
    9th exercise : Mountain climbers
    10th exercise : Bicycle crunches
    Repeated
    1st round up there ⬆️
    2nd round is the same, up there ⬆️

    Love the workouts, the more I do the easier they are starting to be come.
    I would love to see slightly longer workouts between 30 to 40 minutes with the last 10 minutes going full on, feeling absolutely knackered by the end.

    This is one of my regular workouts- I’m training 6 days out of 7 with a mix of cardio/abs’, straight HIITS, dumbbell workouts and occasional straight weights from the 21 days of strength series. I probably come back to this one every 3 weeks. I like the static abs at the end. Been working out with you ever since PE with Joe. Thank you for the great content 👍

    30 mins is perfect I love the two cycles followed by an ab cycle, it really mixes things up ,keeps it interesting

    Really enjoyed this workout - a good length and nice to have a different ending. It would be great if you could post more workouts this length and maybe with some weights or options to add weights for those wanting to add or maintain muscle not just lose weight. Have been doing your videos every week now for over six months which is a record for me and I find them fun and motivational. Thanks and please keep them coming!

    Thanks.... Great work out. I've been building up slowly from the lockdown school exercises. Then dropped put for a bit, then have been building up from 5 minutes again. As long as it's helping get rid of my lockdown belly I'm up for any 30 minute combinations! Thanks Joe!

    Definitely in for some 30 minute workouts. I have done this one for about a month now. SO ready for a change. Also, prefer the 40 second workout, 10 second break videos. Cheers for doing this. Love it!

    i think this is actually my favourite joe workout. i like the way it's a seemingly almost leisurely pace, but i always get a good sweat on. always leaves me feeling really great after all the planks. "we're going get deep deep in the muscles" as you say during the workout.

    I love doing these alongside the videos for two reasons. 1. I'm too lazy to time myself and 2. It's easier to commit to 30 minutes when there is someone else doing it with you...love your workouts
