This week, I'm working on an illustration of one of my original characters, mischievous elf 'Rowan Scarletberry'. Rowan lives in a tiny house among the Rowan trees at the edge of the Dark Woods. Rowan has a fondness for mushrooms and she often heads down into the Dark Woods to find the tastiest varieties. Her favourites are poisonous to the humans, so they always leave plenty for the elves. Sometimes Rowan wanders a little too far into the deepest, darkest part of the wood and has a habit of getting into trouble ...
