Thanks, this worked. If you get a chinese menu when you try this, try pressing all 3 buttons: volume up, volume down and the power button at once instead of just volume up and power. Make sure you do this when the phone is off instead of in the Chinese menu. This should open the menu you can see in this video instead of the Chinese one.

So every time it happens I'm forced to reboot my phone ! I'm seeking some help from you..
Do you have a MicroSd card inserted? It might be a case where the SD card is corrupted or going bad. Otherwise it may the phones operating system itself needing a refresh or reset cause by being used for a long time or it was corrupted by something. Try the SD card or backing up and resetting the phone bit first. If that fails it most likely hardware issues.
My memory card suffs r not opening in gallery even songs r not playing and in gallery its show no thumbnails. I tryed above videos but it not resolve please help mr
Based on what you said it seems your SD card is going bad and may be corrupting your files. Test another Memory card and see if it behaves in the same way.
