I'm on xbox and seems the scribing merchant resets on a different date
They reset Tuesday for every platform, as does the IA vendor...Dan is just late on that one.
He perhaps should separate them to avoid confusion and because other channels have given this information by Tuesday already, but I imagine it's a time issue for him.
@irishsage2459 I just do it in 1 video for convenience but if there is demand to do a separate one on Tuesday then I can. It wouldn't take long tbf.
