I love the show and can’t wait for next season but I am choked at how long we have to wait between seasons. Also they are so short, only 8 episodes. I would love to see at least 😢12 episodes in a season.
If you had paid close attention you may remember that not only is she Very Wealthy, she is The Duchess of Sussex. The Very same title that Megan Markle currently holds. Mention has been made in earlier episodes about a large quantity of money coming into the Family from a previous generation. I believe this is where that influx of funds came from. Time will tell.
As we anticipate season 2, it is questionable whether Alex has money or it's her parents (father) that has money. Remember she said to Spencer that "there will be obligatory visits" to see her parents and "beg for money." She might have money that her father controls or she might not. Perhaps she's very wealthy and will transfer her wealth via Bank of England to a well established bank in NYC, then later to a bank in Montana. It would explain how the Duttons were/are able to hold 500k acres of land for 7 generations. We already know that from the series Yellowstone. But that seems to be the logical way to buy their debt notices from the Governor of Montana.

Alex was smart to tell Spencer that she'll meet him in Montana. Now he knows he can go straight home and "save the day." Frankly, I don't see what one man can do even if he were Special Forces without drawing attention from the law. Cora and Jacob are making their mess his mess. Killing a man is one thing. Everybody knows that Spencer can do that. It's getting away with it that will be difficult. And Cora has already been publicly vocal that Spencer is going to come save the day. Well, we all will have to sit back, wait and see what Taylor Sheridan writes.
Maybe Spencer will start the train station.

I predict that Alex is going to go back either show up at the ranch pregnant, or she'll have the baby in England and show up with a baby. My guess is she'll show up pregnant. The Irish guy is going to mess with her in some way, and that is going to cause Spencer to unleash holy hell!!

Nice beautiful story not just between Spencer and his little English sweetheart it's a real good story Tyler Sheridan it's a good writer and I'd like to see 1883 s season would be great cuz I'm I'm big on cowboy shows
Sheridan could write an entire novel series on 1883, 1923, 1944, Yellowstone and 6666. I would read an entire series just based on Spencer or Rip

I would love to see all that you're talkin about series 1923 and 1944 but I can only get on my TV Paramount the channel 23 that just has regular Paramount so you're just teasing me telling me about all the things I would love to see and can't see because I don't have all the other means to see it let me know if it just comes on the regular channel Paramount then I can see it I really love Yellowstone and I really loved 1823
I just wonder what the Duttons are expecting Spenser to do. He is only one man and the Duttons are talking about stopping progress, which, since the dawn of man, has never happened. It is not like, in Africa, he can shoot an elephant or a lion or even throw poor Arthur overboard. There is really little he can do to stop the likes of the various villains in 1923. Too bad he and Alex are not going to be allowed to continue, what I consider to be the best relationship in the series.
The reasons given by Cara (Mirren) and Jacob (Ford) is that no one will take Jack seriously, as he is still a young man who still has a lot to learn, and Jacob is too old now, plus the injuries have made him unable to do things like he used to. Spencer has seen war and others will follow him due to being more leadership material. He's needed for the coming Range War that will eventually happen.
Even though civilization is still coming to parts of America during this time, the age of the Old West is still there.
Keep in mind that the Duttons still own Yellowstone in the present day.
A strong leader can turn the tide of any battle or struggle & his an expert hunter, can imagine him picking off Whitfield's men one by one & even luring them into the mountains to wage guerrilla type tactics on them. Theres alot we ain't seen Spencer do yet but know what his capable of.

So I'm wondering if she had a dowry? If so Spencer may have just come into a bunch of money by marriage to Alex. I don't think he is the kind of guy that would just assume it's his but I think Alex's father is the Count and he is widowed, her brother died in the War and she is the Countess. At least this is my fantasy story lol. It will be very interesting to watch this story unfold.
Out of all of them, I lived 1923
This constant waiting for a few more episodes has gotten old. I don't really care if they have another season or not.
When does the show start
We don't get Paramount+ so I bought the season on DVD but not knowing if there'd be a second season, I was disappointed with the ending, too many loose ends. Curious to see what happens next.
😢😢 I would love to see all the chapters of the continuing saga of the Yellowstone family's but I I just saw episode 1823 and I loved it but it was just on plane Paramount channel I can't get the other Netflix or Hulu or any of the others I can only get Paramount on the regular channel Paramount so you're just teasing me with all this stuff that I can't see can't you do something to help the people that don't have the extra channels and plays to see it before😢

Spencer comes home they kill Jack. His wife is pregnant then Spencer's wife shows up and gets killed too. Spencer then raises Jack's son as his own and marries Jack's wife. They have sons as well. 1946 will explain it all.😂❤

The Spencer/Alex arch goes too far in its suspension of reality and expectations of the audience IMO. We’re smarter than this and expect more from Sheridan & Co. 🫤
