Part 11: Nintendo Vs System MDS 04 CPU Reset and No Red Fix

In this video I troubleshoot another Nintendo Vs MDS-04-CPU PCB that is stuck in reset. After the reset fix we find red is missing on Side 2 and I show you how to troubleshoot and fix the problem. The result is a solid running Nintendo Vs board ready to be installed into a Red Tent!
