Ok the real stars in this one (besides you and Ethan) were those blue and green bedrooms! I love every detail about them, even the custom shutters. Very cool. Special mention goes to the jade green fixtures in the main bathroom, and the etched designs on the glass of both the upstairs tub enclosures. Oh, and that green washtub in the laundry room & butterfly wallpaper were nice too! Thanks to you and Ethan for stopping to explore this one in the rain! 🙂

I don't know what it is but that house has a scary vibe to me. Depressing looking too. Cork board. In that bathroom, the dial, it's a fan to prevent mold it kind of controls the condensation after a shower.

Greetings from Long Island NY. This is a nice house with a lot of bathrooms.
That thing in the blue bedroom was a cork board at least that is what I call it.
Nice house but as you said not worth $5,000,000. There is so much wrong
with this house. Ceilings are all soaked and ready to fall down. With all that
is wrong with this house there would be no saving it.
Oh and that pool is so gross. Carlo I thought Ethan is your friend and you want
him to drink from that pool EW🤢🤮LOL I know you were just kidding him.
Anyway this house has a date with the wrecking ball or escavator.

No, peg board has holes in it spaced at regular intervals, and you can buy special hooks to put in those holes. What we saw in this place was cork board.
