    After watching your video, I don't think I need to sit in the obstetric class anymore. straight forward explanations that are easy to grasp. Thank you so much for that.

    please post more videos! you explanation is superb. Easy to follow, and I like how you explain in details for us who have zero idea about maternity.

      Thank you for saying that! 🙃 I do try to take all the “nursing medical lingo” and turn it into a lecture that anyone can understand or at least follow. You comment means a lot! 💕

    My course and textbook do not talk about the transition phase in stage 1. Why is that? I see some videos on UA-cam that do and some that do not. All we get taught is Latent and Active

    it is a bit disturbing to see that patients in USA are referred to as clients. Very accurate, but still disturbing

    great video. just wondering - why are we saying client vs patient?

    • @NinjaNerdNursing
      @NinjaNerdNursing  Рік тому

      That was an "oopsy" sorry about that! We ALWAYS refer as patient! :D

      Depends on who you are. As a midwifery student, we refer to the women we care for as clients. We are dealing with normal, physiologic birth, that is low risk. In this case, they aren't really our patients, they are clients.
