Honestly the only downside I've had to the phone as more time has passed: the camera bump. It makes the phone difficult to fit in phone holder slots such as in my car, sitting on the edge of a desk for lighting the ground in the dark (running cables) and other random tasks throughout the day.
I saw reports of the lenses fogging on early releases. I haven't seen any more on that, since the initial reports. I've had no issue with the... Let's call it.. violent shifts in temperature here as well. That said it picks up details better, specifically in darker areas. I think the thing that annoys users is the need to adjust into a faster responsiveness manually to take high action shots.
@@CodetheThings what are you talking about earlier releases ? the phone just came out and a guy called Sammy geek just posted a video today on his phone doing it and he's returning it
The reviewer models have been out in the wild for longer than the general public. That said, I had not seen that particular review. I saw @TheMrMobile mention his early release had a similar issue but had not seen it return after getting a later gen.
100 % its worth all the hype and praise the phone has received

@@CodetheThings yeah I get that I'm still getting used to it as well coming from Samsung ultras and fold 4
Ann Harbor is a hoarder of OnePlus Opens... because they are so good!
🤣 I'm liking it more as time goes. Might be convincing enough to horde gen 2 in a year as well!
@@CodetheThings 😂 On Wisconsin! And good video!
Take it outside on a cold or humid day moisture gets in the cameras lenses and the cameras are better on paper but not that good

@@CodetheThings I've seen 4 different reviews complaining about this
