Hey Jack, Can you tell us a little about those warped and wobbly aluminum pans you use in the restaurant? I got some all clads but the ones you use look way funner! Especially when the flames are coming up the sides. How does stuff not burn??
I have a few All Clads, nice skillets! Only problem is the handles are rounded and twist if you have weigh! t
