Soldier hard, it's not only for warfighters, chronic ptsd is what my life is these days, i've been beat up for nine years, on school on football training, they followed me to my home, Every week i was physical and emotional abused, with my mom to the doctor, Because they assaulted me, and i saw suicide from friends who couldn't take the bullying, So ptsd is going further, if you are in fight mode and and having those nightmares, Love for all the veterans, my mates went to war from holland, so love for every war fighter from usa to the netherlands
My husband struggles with severe PTSD and TBI from his time in Afghanistan yet the VA is taking there sweet time and have yet to give him his 100% disability. They are making him go through hoops and tossing him around like a rag doll. He has been out since Oct 31st 2022 and they only gave him 13 days to transition... leaving us homeless, still homeless. (All because he refused the jab) Please keep my husband Zach Harris in your prayers. God bless you Soldier Hard!

I'm not a vet or anything, to be honest I don't even feel worthy of posting a comment for the fact I haven't given anything for my country. But I must say this type of music really tells a story, one that digs into me, it's made me vow to myself to join the military because I feel I have to pay y'all back for keeping me safe all these years... That is a vow I will not break
+Greatdeath43 Never feel unworthy to comment on here man, many people can experience pain and suffering, it just so happens Soldier Hard has a deep connection to the Military and the struggles we face. If you ended up joining i wish you the best of luck, and stay safe out there.
Greatdeath43 your still our countryman/countrywoman and even know you didn’t serve doesn’t mean you can’t be apart of the warfighter family you want to help and serve go to a VA and just talk to people. Just talk and let them know people see them and they are not invisible. Just you being you and sharing your time could save someone’s life.
9 years ago I heard this song for the first time. Every aspect of this song hit me hard, and still does, as a former infantryman, the part where you say they train us to kill, not how to deal with it, really got to me cause it was true.
I'm not a veteran. I haven't been to war on foreign soil but I was in my own "war", so to speak, in my own home. People tell me I should be happy I got away, survived. But some days are hard because "my mind's still at war ready to fight". Not everyone with PTSD is a veteran, or wore a flag on their sleeve, but I definitely wear my heart on my sleeve. Some parts of your song I can't exactly relate to but the parts that I can speak volumes to my mind and my heart. Thank you for your service and for putting things into words I couldn't find myself. Thank you.
I love your music. Been a military wife for six years now and your music helps with the challenges my hubby and friends go through. I play it puts everyone in higher hopes

This song helps many understand what us veterans throughout the world go through on a daily basis after we had served time out on the front line. Our duties in which we do does haunt us. God bless everyone who is and has served in the many armed forces throughout the world. From British veteran RAMC 24***18
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. . I'm reminded everyday of how blessed to be living in te US. I live 3 miles from Dyess Air Force Base and to look up everyday with B2 bombers flying over head reminds me of how great this country is. Thanks to you and other military. Thank you so much for my freedom. .

God bless you Soldier Hard, I thank you for your service and gratitude. I don't support our government, I support those who are sent out to defend what our four fathers have fought and died for...
Just came across this song. You might look at me as an outsider but I served as a police officer for 5 years in a really bad place, been in several fire fights, lost friends, seen death so many ways. Your song left me speechless. I never knew that I was suffering from PTSD until it was so far gone. My department had to see the warning signs as I reflect back on it but all they did was find ways to throw us away instead of address the problem at the first signs. I am one of the "throw away cop" victims. I suffer everyday but have a strong wife who tries her best to understand. I asked her to listen to this song and your other song RED FLAGS. She cried because your lyrics is exactly what I have been trying to explain to her and my family over and over so they can try to understand me. Some of the things you said we're almost exact quotes of things I've been saying. So much so that it gave me chills, but also hope. I put my life on the line many times to save strangers only to be spit on right after. I served with some who did a tour in Afghanistan, then worked 5 years as a deputy in the county jail and he then crossed over and served at the department I worked for for 6 years. Hands down he was one of the best. He took his life at the age of 31. Not sure if I will be looked at as an outsider because I was never deployed overseas into the war zone but there really wasn't one thing in either this song or RED FLAGS that you said that I don't feel or experienced here at home minus IED's. My step father was deployed in 2003 and I at the time was only 17 in the 11th grade. He retired after 30 years of service. He inspired me to want to follow in his foot steps. I was going to enlist but instead made a choice to fight the war that most don't see right here in our own backyard. I made that choice not out of fear of deployment, but because I wanted to protect your families that you had to leave behind so we could continue to be a free country. It was my way of trying to give back a little peace of mind to those who were deployed that their families would remain safe until they could return home. I was 20 years old when I was hired and by 25 I was thrown away and left with nothing but broken memories, no trust for anyone, no more friends. I'm now 29 on 100% disability but inside me every second of my day I still feel like I'm back in what became my war zone and will always be a "warfighter" as you put it. No matter the situation, I went in even knowing it might cost me my life and I would still do it today. Nobody I know understands why I can't let it go. I've tried but until someone can erase those memories from my mind no pill in the world prescribed to me is going to take it away. I was ready to take my life at one point until the man I spoke of early took his. I was crying like a baby at his funeral, no open casket, flag laid over it, a uniformed solider with a rifle posted at each side, because he blow off his face. I vowed from that day forward I couldn't let myself follow what he did and to keep fighting to live no matter what; FOR HIM AND FOR ME. I'm very withdrawn from society so to even comment is not what I do, but I had to thank you and everyone working with you to get these words out there. Because I will tell you personally, it feels good to know I'm not alone with this pain. My hat is off to you and your whole crew and I would proudly fight by your sides if the need was to arise. Please keep making this kind of music because your message was definitely heard loud and clear to me and it might save a life.
Blue Line Billing... Even though some of us have not fought in a physical war, we all have our own personal wars that we must fight everyday. Even though I might not be in your shoes, but I know exactly what it feels like to lose those close to you. Stay strong man.
As a fellow officer, You are not alone. There are lots of us who are forced to hide our issues. Our nation's police brass must get up to speed with the acceptance and recognition of PTSD as our military. 8 years and counting as a US Soldier as well, I've spoken with many of soldiers who have deployed who have seen combat, and have many tell me that I have seen much more than they have (not comparing or measuring d***s) as an officer. Stay strong, rely on your family...blood and blue.
I know this is an old song, came across it on UA-cam, was in country myself OIF--OEF, US.ARMY 82nd AB 3-319AFAR Gundevil. Convoy route security . Much respect and thanks to you and your group for trying to inform the masses of our struggles. ARMY STRONG!
this song makes me choke up because its the truth and people don't understand how much it hurts us to be how we are. Thank you for being a voice for us
ain’t served in the military but plan on going to the Marine Crops, but your songs honestly helps with first responders ptsd thanks so much solider hard I appreciate your service happy Veterans Day!
This what I tell to peeps to listen to that don't got a clue about who and how I am as a vet, Once a warrior always a warrior. My heart goes out to all the fallen and to those that fell on the inside.
I was lucky to have met soldier hard thanks to an organization that trains dogs for veterans that my husband and i am a part of. he is a really nice person!!! keep up the great songs bud.
"Triggers can't kill, They can make you take your own life" Don't think i've ever heard of anything more serious and true in a song. Gave me Chills, great song
Thank you, sir, for your service. Thank you for all you went through to keep us safe and let us keep the freedom we have. I salute you, at 14 years old, and I thank you for everything. I understand, now, what soldiers go through, what my uncle is going through. I understand, and I now respect on duty and off duty soldiers for what they are going through and what they have been through. Thank you, again, sir, for all you have done for our country and for making these songs--which soldiers and former soldiers can relate to.
No brother because it's same here with me. I can't stop listening to it either. It''s great someone made a song about how I feel daily & others feel. I just miss all my Infantry brothers so much. Hate this civilian world. Hoo-ah 4 LIFE!!!!
Every lyric is truth. Struggle is real. US Army - 2003 OIF, first in first out. Thanks bro! I have that abusive military language, they say. You express everything I think and feel. Combat PTSD and severe TBI. During this dark time in my life, you give me hope. Hope that no family, friend or shrink can bring. Thanks.
Hey soldier I just thank you all for what you do I want to be in the army cause I wanna serve my country like my cousin and I miss him everyday he's stationed in Virginia me and him had a really really strong bond I just thank you I have memorized all your songs and I even have a playlist if you want to check it out
I have NO Active Duty Combat Experience... plenty of homeland Law Enforcement, EMS - Medic & Firefighting but they Do Not Compare. For the last 20+ years I have done my best to Teach Warriors how to Cope by using NLP and Hypnosis techniques. A lot of guys do really well with this because it's THEM doing it - not some drug. I've come to first accept and then tell others when asked "What was it like?" - "You just Wouldn't / Couldn't Understand". Your Rhyme Blew my Heart Wide Open - Thank You!!
I am an old Rock Chick at heart but was sent this link because of the work that I am doing here i the UK trying to set up a charity to train PTSD Service dogs for our veterans. I have to say I enjoyed it and have shared it with some of my BMX who love to ride to these beats. In my opinion anyway to open dialect about PTSD and TBI is great but using Music is a great way to open minds that were closed or just sheltered from the reality. Good Luck x
Respect for all the veterans over the world.. They should all get more respect for what they have done for their country.. I salute you with respect brother. Luchtmobiele Brigade NL.
Im sorry for what you went through, my dad was in the military you might know him actually. he is really hurting and i feel bad for you and all at 11 yrs old you guys are a savior a hero everything.
I'm a Desert Shield/Storm Vet and was also in Somalia.....and THIS video pretty much hits the nail on the head for me....my son in law is a Navy Corpsman...he lost a few friends in Afghanistan when an IED went off under a vehicle that HE was supposed to be in. Thanks Soldier hard for putting your words into music so that WE can continue to try to heal. Semper Fi!
To all the soldiers that have given their life for this country God bless and thank you for your service and your sacrifice tell those who are still fighting keep doing it for our freedom
God bless you, Soldier. You have NAILED what my husband tells me he experiences every day! He tries SO hard to be "normal". It'll never happen......it'll NEVER happen. He just tries to cope. I can only hope and pray your songs bring awareness to the masses that there's more people out there suffering in silence with PTSD than what's realized. Snarf3456: My husband can go "postal" for lack of a better word if someone comes upon him he's not expecting, for example. It's a phrase explaining things.
Ran across your music @soldier hard a couple years ago at a dark time in life, and through you, life been more manageable listening to what the words mean. Years later it still hit me deeply in my soul and I can truly identify with the words, I was 1 of the first to cross that border into Iraq.... Keep up the work you are helping your battles, I appreciate it Battle... Combat Veteran and Triggers is my alarms and ringtones on my phone.
the whole reason I enlisted was to keep serving for those who went before me and thank you for your service and all my bothers and sisters on the lines
Soldier Hard you've inspired me even thou its about the down side you showed me good to be a soldier and I owe my girl for showing you to me your amazing and I plan when I'm 21 to serve and once she is 19 she is going into the air force
All I can say to you brother is Thank You. Another masterpiece. This is why you and REDCON-1 Music Group are the TRUE KINGS of military rap.Thank you so much brother.
im not a vet but all i here in this is truly what i feel. you dont have to be a soldier to have the trauma in your life to make you feel this way. lookin for peace.
I joined the Army a couple months ago, my mos is infantry and I discovered your music tonight and it makes me even more proud for joining the military! Keep it up!
Know these feelings well. It's a struggle at times. The Battle Buddy page on Facebook turned me on to Soldier Hard and Redcon-1. This music hits home. USMC 3/5 Kilo Co.
You just posted on FB about this- there is no place to comment - you said you havent performed this since 2018- I can't imagine what this does to you because you have lived these words- I served and my son is over now- your words are my lifeline right now- (boots laced up is my jam) :) never stop your mission. NEVER stop- you have something to say!
thank you for what you do battle. your music helps. I've recruited other vets to your music. me and other battles took the Spartan pledge. Love ya battle. thank you
I've only watched and listened to a few of your songs, and you really got my attention with your music. I can feel your message, I have a best friend in the army and im scared everyday that he might not come back. but your music helps me say he is coming back!!! Thank you for your music
people that have never seen the horrors just can not understand the vast range of things that can send you back through time to a place you can never come home from. I left the service ( connected disabled) in 1994, after 10 years in. some times I am still a scared, angry 24 year old in a fox hole. no matter how many years or miles I have traveled. I honestly do not like 99% of rap music, but I really fall into your words, and they hit me right where I live. you are the only rap singer I can relate to at all. you look about the same age range as my oldest son, who is aso a combat vet (OIF) but we are brothers. please keep doing what you do, and bring comfort to us old war horses.
This song goes so hard tells real life like story of vets that came back from over seas and how hard it is to get out of that combat zone filling.... Shout out too all vet's that have served and fallen for are FLAG.. So that we can have freedom in the best country in the fucking world..
this song helped me through PTSD Soldier Hard gave me the strength to reach out and get help if not for him I don't know if I'd still be here to be honest
I wish I could serve but sadly I struggled with drug addiction in my past and it's a disqualifier. Ain't lying to the recruiter no way. Mad respect to you and your music and to all the combat veterans out there. I wish I made better choices in the past so I could serve my country but it is what it is
I can only imagine man. Have a lot of friends and family that are vets and just being an outsider tear up from their stories and this song. Keep your head up, be proud and talk to those you trust. Thank you for your service and all others who have served.
@soldier hard.. we lost a brother to war in 2004.. and now on sept 4, 2015. we lost my baby brother a USMC OIF vet. he took his own life.. know ur music is doing great things.. and brings me some peace even through this deep pain.. soldier on

Soldier hard, it's not only for warfighters, chronic ptsd is what my life is these days, i've been beat up for nine years, on school on football training, they followed me to my home,

My service dog
died to a gun
What once I held
To bros and sis in arms
Respect I learned dissappeard
Cause' of one cop
That learned to trigger
No agression no harm jus' one task My sd is my life Saver (Saver)
A task what helped me feel secure
To this day I still see no cure
I'm sorry Shadow u had to leave like some of my bros sis in arms
Cause' of a cop who learned no respect or how handle a firearm
Killed my sd no Shadow
No german shepherd
Just belgian malinois named ace
My sd is gone
Cause of a gun
But now I have 1 in training.

Awesome music, not normally one for this kind of music. UK Veteran of 20 years with PTSD. Keep up the work Soldier Hard.

Dont stop making music you helped more people than you know man thanks Semper Fidelis
No brother because it's same here with me. I can't stop listening to it either.

Truly Spoken for us infantry vets who don't have a voice.
Thanks.

Just recently discovered you..and I cant stop listening u speak the truth..for us...Oorah

Thank you for your music! It hits right where it needs to be, favorite line is "trained us to kill, but not how to deal with it". So true man.

Cant forget about Road to Recovery it is the one I wake up to everyday

You just posted on FB about this- there is no place to comment - you said you havent performed this since 2018- I can't imagine what this does to you because you have lived these words- I served and my son is over now- your words are my lifeline right now- (boots laced up is my jam) :) never stop your mission. NEVER stop- you have something to say!
I needed this...brother in arms for life
#SoldierHard Thank you for what you do, you get me through the day! 88M 1-18th INF, 1ID, Duty First, Till' The Last Round, VANGUARDS!
Always Charlie Mike! This video still brings tears.
thank you for what you do battle. your music helps. I've recruited other vets to your music. me and other battles took the Spartan pledge. Love ya battle. thank you
Still Standing 11 bang bang Charlie Mike !!!
I've only watched and listened to a few of your songs, and you really got my attention with your music. I can feel your message, I have a best friend in the army and im scared everyday that he might not come back. but your music helps me say he is coming back!!! Thank you for your music
thank you, everyday i get up and restart life here, i go straight to you tube so i can listen to you. you are the man. thank you
people that have never seen the horrors just can not understand the vast range of things that can send you back through time to a place you can never come home from.
Someone bring this man a Grammy NOW
This song goes so hard tells real life like story of vets that came back from over seas and how hard it is to get out of that combat zone filling.... Shout out too all vet's that have served and fallen for are FLAG.. So that we can have freedom in the best country in the fucking world..
Seriously, you are amazing. I wish I could meet you and shake you're hand, sir. What you do is beyond selfless. God bless you.
this song helped me through PTSD Soldier Hard gave me the strength to reach out and get help if not for him I don't know if I'd still be here to be honest
I wish I could serve but sadly I struggled with drug addiction in my past and it's a disqualifier. Ain't lying to the recruiter no way. Mad respect to you and your music and to all the combat veterans out there. I wish I made better choices in the past so I could serve my country but it is what it is
And I got mental illnesses and such so I won't be able to take meds I need. Mad respect I wish I was fit to serve
thank you soldier hard I love listening to your music it helps me when im down and is preparing me for service
I can only imagine man. Have a lot of friends and family that are vets and just being an outsider tear up from their stories and this song. Keep your head up, be proud and talk to those you trust. Thank you for your service and all others who have served.
