me: "yes because you don't have to pay like the rest of us"
To everybody saying it's expensive, it's not that expensive when you compare it to jetskiis and boats.
I'm not digging this high capacity lithium ion battery and water idea. Lithium metal exposed to water burns with an intensity and ferocity that is nothing short of catastrophic. Short circuit or battery failure could be curtains for the rider

Business insider: "i love water sports"
Predators under: we love water sports too😁😉😶😐😈
I'm good with my Greg Noll longboard thanks.🤙
I saw someone in Australia with one of these it looks cool
It costs 12 grand because the people who made it are con artists and want maximum profits for minimum work in a niche market. I make electric skateboards, scooters, and hydrofoils. Making one of these costs $2,300 and the top end is around $3,500 for crazy range. I'll add maybe another $1,500 to cover labor and I'm making out like a bandit, but these guys? Like I said con artists.
These are prob gonna be like the hover boards where people just don’t accept them because they are so easy to use and actual skateboarders hated them
Actual surfers already hate them, not out of jealousy but out of disdain: THAT'S NOT SURFING.
*Explains how easy it is to use
