Well deserved, bro!
🤘😝🤘🥁🥁🔥🔥
this is amazing
also amazing what you do
Love the content legend keep up the good work! We appreciate the time ya put into the vids! Ps cc is the bomb 😂
Yeah man!! Congrats for the 40k subs, let's go for the 80k and sold out an entire stadium!!! Thanks again for another cool video Matt, and yes, the CC with you talking combo works perfect !!!
About other POV, I love the sound engineer focused on drums, how they eq the drums, etc, but I guess that is not possible due you are playing at the same time. So "A Day In The Lights Engineer Life" spinoff could be cool too
Hugs from Barcelona bro.
Cheers !!
All these drummers think they can copy the drum tech vlog vibe but they just can't. This is the best tour drum vlog content on youtube.
I noticed a bunch popping up in the last month lol
Yeah they all trying to get in on it lol but matt horn 👑
Don't disagree but The Steel Woods is one of my favorite bands so I was really excited watch some of the BTS from them
its the algorithm @@bdubz_det
yeah Im being hyperbolic @@calebpettis9971
In terms of your question at the end about what other perspectives:
JT - What's his day to day on stage managing, the ins and outs, what he's responsible for.
Monitors - How you guys run your Monitor world would be really cool!
Guitar Tech World - Ya'll gotta love an indepth guitar world run down for any guitar nerds too. They using onstage switching, does Chris do it, or is it like midi changes?
Audio Tech - I didn't even realise people brought audio tech's out on tour! I thought it was mainly FOH & Monitors who covered all those types of things.
Love it Matt! - Obviously would be great to hear from these types of people, but would never expect it!
yes!!
I 100,000 percent agreed with you I would love that
I am in favor of having these questions answered as well
Guitar/Bass Tech World would be nice!
would love to see more of the playback setup and rig too
Start to finish crew!
I love how my favourite part of a Daily Drum Tech vlog is the lunch catering

Same. The food looks really good, especially the salad bar.
Bro one thing you taught me with drums. Don’t take tuning too seriously. You are able to achieve a great sound with precision. You taught me to just listen and adjust. Your videos are staple a for me and my kid to watch together.
think how loud it is, you can't hear IF they're out of tune or not...
It took me a good 10 seconds to understand the "dont die on me" when you were seating the snare head. But when I got it, i couldn't stop laughing. Lmao
I would like to see the POV of the lighting department. Especially the systems tech and the systemflow from your playback world to FOH
Be good to get to hear Luke's position on drum techs, what it means to him, what he is looking for also what he is expecting from his tech. 🤘
Never in my life I would have found my self watching a POV of a Drum Tech, for the first album of a band, that I spent a week downloading off of Napster, 24 years ago, change their snare. Yet here we are.
As a former drummer that never made it - please keep on making these videos. Especially with audio commentary. You're a natural at it and are fucking awesome.
Super nice, chill, and leveled headed bro here to tell you your channel is the epitome of “made it” for me. Love your content. Everything about it. I get to live the life I’ve always wanted through your videos. Great stuff bud, so happy you’ve made it!
Matt,
If it weren't for you & your channel, I would've never known that Luke was playing drums for "FIR".
Another great one Matt! Start to finish crew, where you at?? 🤘🏻
I used to be a local stage hand in the late 80's early 90's. I always followed and made myself available to the lighting techs, I would love to see some more of that as it has changedso much from par cans to LED's now. Another thing that fascinated me a lot was rigging, give it up for those guys, always a cool subject to highlight in a future video.
Definitely not enough rigging content on UA-cam. I don't think people really realize how much weight and money is dangling above the stage
Great videos! Keep up the good work dude!
i dig the music, i love the tips and advice, congrats on YOUR success!!!! cant wait for more videos/vlogs . thank you, Matt
Was at the Baltimore show. What a performance! Round of applause for the entire crew.
Congrats on the 40k. Super dope videos as always :)
Great content, Sir! I enjoy your videos and the back stories! Great stuff brother! Thanks for sharing!
As a guitar lover and seller I would LOVE for Chris to start his own guitar tech perspective! Would be so dope especially the guitar tech // drum tech crossover videos :D
Love the videos. Thanks for sharing

And just wanted to say that you got me really interested and to study more about these things. you are awesome, keep it up, i'll be watching!
I always hit like on all your videos, bro!

Matt, thank you for sharing. I love your attention to the little things that add up to one BIG thing - the sound and feel. You make it look easy when I know it's very difficult. And YOUR drumming is fantastic. Let us know if YOU'RE gonna play out sometime.
Loving your work🤘,, from Holywood Northern Ireland.
I love your videos! I was at the Huntington show last night. I hope the guy/guys are feeling better soon!
Would love to see more from the guitar/bass techs!
I would love to see more of the audio engineer / front of house work, I always wondered what it looks like
Anytime, I can spend time being someone else. I love it! Especially you! 💯 The food always looks so good!
Very nice!!!
Love this kinda content! Swear I could watch this style of video for every stop of the tour, regardless if it’s the same tech position. Definitely makes me miss this kinda work. Keep killing it!
Love your content bro! As a fellow drummer I love to see the other side of the live music industry! Keep doing your hard work!🤘
Love the videos Matt! Would be cool to see what Chris’ life is like guitar teching!
I was at this show and it was awesome! Luke was insane on the kit and you had it sounding great brother
Hey matt thanks for showing us your magic and those beautiful venue and backstage we might never see always a good time watching your vids. I'd love to see Chris work , being a newcomer to the live performance world and only knowing some basic would be cool and maybe one day when you do a europe tour will be there for the boys , Thank you again! Start to finish crew!
Matt I literally came cross one of your drum tech videos and within seconds you had a new subscriber, I literally get excited every time you post
Thanks for the great video (Again). I want to learn more about lights or front of house sound. Maybe in the next video.
Let's go with the guitar guys!
Just got a bunch of snare weights for the toms on my kit after your recent vids - game changer!!
Watching from Philippines! 🤘
I like the music in the beginning.
MAAAAAANN THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST TUNE OF THAT SNARE🔥🔥🔥 GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY
Hey man as a fellow drummer I’m really enjoying the videos! It would be cool to see what you do after shows on your free time with yourself and the crew.
I like this POV ! It's very interesting for profesional musician
If you keep putting them out, I’ll keep watching.
Love the vids bro, always great work!!! What hoping to meet ya at the OKC show. Would love to see the front of house from start to finish or the audio tech!!!
These are great. I can’t explain why I like it. But I do. Goddamn you.
Matt, thank you for all the behind the scene footage. Would love to see what goes into a sound techs job behind the soundboard. Setting up and also what goes into it during the actual show.
Love it when you sound check with the other crew! Guitar rig rundown would be cool. Thanks
Would love to see one on being a guitar tech
Love the videos
Lighting would be super cool to learn about. Lasers too!!
Hey Matt.. Just wanted to let you know that from your very first video you motivated me and gave inspiration to clean my cymbals and kit. Much respect in what you do.
Matt, thanks for your wonderful videos. Just wanted to ask if maybe sometime ahead would you be open to doing snare tuning tutorial? Love your work and would love to see your in depth approach to something I struggle with sometimes. Have a great day and rest of the tour.
Dude, I recently came across your videos and I love them!! I played drums for 15 years and I love the behind the scenes as much as being on stage. I’m dying over you having small talk and dropping your stick 🤣🤣 Of course that’s happened to me and I just walked away immediately. Looking forward to future videos brotha
Id love to see more content with the drummer and how he prepares on the practice kit - would be nice to see
hey Matt, love your content. I'm an audio geek so I'd definitely be interested in seeing more content about FOH and/or monitors.
My favorite channel!!
Another great video, Matt! In regards to your question at the end, I’d love to hear about either stage managing and/or FOH
Another great video! I was cheering on the lone drum key holding on for dear life during crew jam. As for other positions, I’d love to see front of house/sound guys.
Killer stuff man! i always like the backstage stuff, hotels, tour bus, getting some grub, joking and teasing with the crew guys. Not a Disturbed guy but this was cool to watch, keep up the good work out there!
You make good content!
FOH!!! I wanna see it!
