GOOD !!!!!! Im glad she got fined pretty heavy and must do a couple days in jail !!! The more people that get that close to preditors the more the preditors start to look at them as a potential food source !!!!! Then we are supposed to be upset when a bear has a little snack on there bodies !!! There are plenty of cheap cameras that can give you close up pics from a more practical distance away from ant preditor !!!!
Unfortunately there are millions of laws and rules restricting freedom of choice. If some knucklehead wants to get close to a bear them let'em. Its there life; not yours. If they get mauled or attacked then so be it.
