@@AbbeybyFaith There's a place Westmoreland in Jamaica inside the National Park... Abeokuta.. Reference to Abeokuta in Ogun State , in Yoruba Land (Nigeria) The rocks in the Westmoreland is a reference to Olumo rock in Abeokuta, Ogun State.. Check it out. That was where some of the ancestors came from, and in reference of the homeland they came from. You can listen to Andell the Ogun worshippers in Matura, Trinidad. They were closer to the spirits of the Yemaja, Sango, Obatala etc.
I thought you were talking about the Ghanaian cornmeal (fermented) fufu also called Dokunu. You can imagine my surprise seeing you put nutmeg, sugar, cinnamon, and I was like, What??? 😅😂😂😂
This is Ghanaian dish called "akankyie" it is made with ripe plantain and spices the Ghanaian fufu is not fermented. It is Dokono or Banku which is fermented🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦❤❤❤❤
Just a Cornmeal dish with sugar and spices the name is Duckunu/Duckunoo referred to as tie-a-leaf, blue drawers (draws), dokonon (in French Guiana), and dukunou (in Haiti) is a dessert in Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, French Guiana and some other Lesser Antilles. It is a variation on the dish ducana which originated in Africa.
