I must get one of these, thank you for showing us what that is and how it works. As for comments about your diction I cannot believe people are so rude as to say such things. I've never found anything wrong with your videos, some people just need to feel superior to others by pointing out their faults, even in a "caring" manor they are still establishing dominance over you, in their mind, speak how you speak.

My theracane is a lifesaver! Best investment I’ve ever made! ☺️

I've got one! I love it! As a Therepist, it's sometimes difficult to trade off with other therapist. I use my theracane for maintenance. It's awesome!
    Ps. Love your tat!

When working on the back, you need to explain that you're finding your spot and then cantilevering (pressing out) with you front hand. It's not obvious what you're doing.

I have to get this. I love the foam rollers and balls, but I find it hard to hit the back and shoulders with those. This looks like I need. 👍

So finally I know what this is, seen pics and been like........ this must be that what they used to pull performers from the stage to behind the curtain when booed. Then again I think I seen a Pharo holding one in an Egyptian mural. Might invest.

So I have one of these now, and when I pressed into my traps, my back started twitching uncontrollably and I stopped cuz I was scared I did something wrong. Is that normal? Does anyone else experience that when you use a theracane?

Nice tool. What does the tattoo mean? I have my date of birth in roman numerals on my right calf and a band logo on my left bicep.
