Thank you to mobile pixels for sponsoring this video!
Thanks for interviewing me KDawg 🤠 To anyone interviewing: sometimes confidence is key and mock interviews can really help!! To anyone hiring: lmk hahahah.
Great job there, you two! I was rooting that one of you'd mention the presence/absence of a display/profile picture as one of the factors for a spam account alert
cheers bro! This guy has been a pivotal figure in my data science career...I started as a joke, but because to him, I believe I made the ideal choice to pursue a profession in data science......and woow here I am today working for one the top companies here in Kenya as a data scientist
That's awesome!! Great work and happy to hear that I played a small part
Hope for more mock interview videos. Thanks for great video
Keith Galli, thank you so much for that. As always a great work 🌟. I appreciate your active contribution to the data community.
This mock interview definitely opened up some neural pathways in my brain. Love hate relationship continues as for as DS is concerned...Thank you both...
Proven. Reliable. Keith Galli. I love you man!! 😂😂
Nice. That flow was quite interesting. Keep posting more interviews like this
Happy that you found the flow interesting!
Great video! I have a question about the scenario. What's the purpose of implementing an ML model when the methods discussed to collect training data (X # of times reported OR reporting to engagement ratio) suffice?
In other words, wouldn't the method used in collecting training data be the method by which you determine whether an account is spam or not? If so, then what's the purpose of creating an ML model?
Amazing content! Really glad that you keep helping data community!
Thanks for watching :).
Wow questions I never thought about though. Great Infos man🔥🔥🔥
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for the support.
Great video, Ying is very confident and explained everything very clear
agreed!
Dude, you carried a monitor? Guess that's the MIT difference. 😂Great video!
very useful, thanks
you are very welcome :)
Super insightful discussion...
Glad you enjoyed!!
Brilliant!
🤠
Glad to see you
Glad to be back again!!
I am a data scientist (with PhD level education and work experience) in the UK and applying to a job which would sponsor a H1B visa if successful. Does anyone have any specific advice for how to tailor my CV(resume) for this?
Wonderful! Is this how the data science interview goes for fresh grad students in the industry or this mock interview is for one with some experience in ds field?
Glad you enjoyed! You might have an interview like this as a fresh grad, but the overall expectations for how detailed your responses should be would be lower.
@@KeithGalli Thank you 😊
Just discovered your channel. You seem like a cool knowledgeable person on this topic. So im wondering if you can help me with a question i have. So I am a recent graduate in Computer Science and want to instead go into Data Science industry instead of the traditional Software Developer/ Software Engineer career. So as someone like me who eventually one day wants to work in data science industry, is there an entry level job role that one can apply as a starting point and just get promoted/ level up to a data science in time rather than just trying to apply for a data science position from the get go? I dont mind starting at the bottom and working my way up the ladder. If anyone else have any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it?
Hey! Glad you found the channel. My recommendation would probably be to try to find startups that are doing cool data science work. Because there are less employees, each person has a greater variety of responsibilities. When interviewing you can mention your interest in data science. You probably will have to start in a more focused software role, but you should be able to help out on the data science side and over time that can become a more and more prominent part of your role until you ideally have a data scientist title.
Sad that your channel is dying, but happy to see that your doing great!
The channel will make a comeback 😎
@@KeithGalliplease comeback with power and, bring all computer science field related things for eg, software development , AI , cyber security , data engineering/analysis/science etc.
🔥🔥🔥
🤠
YOOOOOOOOOOO 🔥🔥
😎😎
Could computer science be taken to learn data science?
Definitely! From what I've seen most computer science programs give you the flexibility to take a good amount of data sciency classes (there's a lot of overlap).
Computer science is the foundation of data science so it's a good thing to study.
Thanks a lot. I can see you both love yourselves. 😂just kidding

Good work guys. You look like couples though 🥰🥰🥰
hahaha xD
"promosm" 💋
Painful. Why was this in my feed? I banish you.
i don't get the point with the behavioural questions but everything else seems helpful
