WOW! Looking at the level of inexperience and potential in these young athletes is amazing! I use to be one of those guys with way more potential than I originally showed, until I learned the proper ways to do things. So many of those who are not winning here can change a thing or two and would dominate! I watch and state this with excitement for their future growth!
@@WunKoolKat absolutely…I love what I see! I also love to see the proper starts of folks like Akera Nugent, etc,. (Supposed to be properly lifting knees), whereas while some start properly, others are much faster than they and I can see one small change would completely produce a completely different outcome. I was a start in grade school and even in Juniors, but I changed just a few small things in College and USATF which really pissed me off I didn’t previously know! Back then, everyone still ran tense, and I realized I am much faster when I “only run at about 80%” - and now they have this things called “relaxation” no one but FloJo understood back then! I smoked folks who previously could beat me when I ran tense…I mean, one little tiny change! So, yes, you’re correct that improvement can be seen even in the best of the elite, as even Shelly Anne is still learning over age 35!
LOL…still like football and I do that for the local community. A way to give back. I appreciate you following and just ask that you tolerate the other vids and stick with me.
A line across where the slope begins may help. Many indoor tracks are not banked so many runners do not have experience with them and as a result misjudge their steps at the incline/slope. Unfortunately there are injuries as a result, one runner fell and got spiked badly in his thigh (as shown in the video).
First meet of the year for many, plus that is the first of three rounds that day…prelims, then there was qualifying, then finals. You’re watching some of the quickest athletes in the world.

Definitely a lot of potential…always room for improvement. Even after college, improvement can be seen in the top athletes that go on.

@@WunKoolKat Happy to help! I'll always support those who put out videos for a sport that is rarely televised for free :))

I didn't even know there was a sixty meter hurdles
Yep, just for indoor meets
These days it's the 60 meters kicking.
Where is the race in the thumbnail😂
Yeah, Ms. Forbes is no joke 9:57
0:24 arent these times too slow for D1?
i don't think this is D1

6:54 6 definitely false started
Yep, It does hurt though. Nobody wants to see athletes DQ’d, especially in Conference/NCAA Championship setting.
how are they not catching these false starts
I definitely saw a few from my far away perch on the media platform.
