Great series/video. Would you say HPA axis dysfunction and PAWS is common for someone who is addicted to porn? More so because it’s their way to cope with negative emotions, perhaps?
PAWS and HPA-Axis dysfunction is very common to all addictions, so yes.
Interesting video and a lot of ways to determine if someone has a porn addiction and or compulsive sexual behavior. While watching this I examined my own life and how I arrived at my porn addiction state. It started with magazines which my wife was ok with and she even bought me a subscription. We had fun with it.
Fast forward several years to the internet and wow! Who would have thought I could find what is out there so easily?
Let's not forget audio erotica. I switched to that when I realized the visual porn was giving me issues but, It can be just as addictive if someone allows it
As of today, I’m 177 days porn free in part to watching videos like this every morning as part of my before-work routine.
