I listened to others, and this performance is the closest arrangement to what Beethoven intended, especially well done arranged on guitar!
His tempo is not rushed, his notes don’t drone (as with others who choose to use open string arrangements), and his dynamics are on point building and releasing tension! Best performance on UA-cam indeed! Better than others who appear to have performed at concert halls!
