Ι like CC4 way more and for many reasons. After I went through a lot of diamond files, which didn't last really long, I was told, that using a diamond file like that, will end it's life really fast. That's one reason I don't like them, they don't last long. another reason, is that they put deep scratches on an edge bevel, which is very difficult to remove with the next grit, thus to polish a bevel is a pain. CC4 works way better, it's the perfect too to keep a razor sharp edge on the go.
I think the quality of the diamond stone has the most to do with it's durability. If made right, they will last a long time no matter how you use them. I made another video for tomorrow that goes into more sharpening depth.
Hey! I’m a big fan of your channel. I was wondering if you’ve ever come across Nepros ratchets from Japan? I have a couple from them and I will never use another brand. I was just curious. They aren’t super well known.
I don't mind. I use a Canon M50 camera with a Sigma 16mm 2.8 lens in a Smallrig cage. For Mics I use RODE Go. And I have two studio lights to the right and left of the table. Does that help?
